The worst attention that can exist, the girl and the boy have no education, no good afternoon or anything, the chairs were up and the cones were yellow so that you wouldn't order but outside it said OPEN (I didn't understand) we say thank you and they look at you strange and they don't even respond! We went on Wednesday, September 4th at 9 pm. I'm not coming back. The ice creams are delicious, but the service is terrible. A pity

We got my pregnant wife and my children to buy, we trained like everyone else, and they ignored us in the most ridiculous way, my "mistake" was to speak Spanish with my wife. 3 people had to pass until it bothered me. IT'S THE WORST TO LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY AND REALIZE THAT THEY ARE RACIST EVEN in a company like this With this rude young man

Delicious ice cream and wonderful customer service

Great experience tonight at our local Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, took the time to help us look up ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins we wanted to help accommodate allergies. Although there was a wait, the line went quickly. The store was clean and social distancing was encouraged but not policed.

Sadly this place is so good but can’t even have their chairs or tables open for their customers especially the handicap table was even closed down just because the owner doesn’t want anyone in the establishments not sure I’ll come back after seeing these two elderly women ask to sit down and the manager refusing to put two chairs down for them seems like the owner doesn’t cate about their customers at al!!!

I enjoy cold stone. The Ice cream is so creamy, rich and silky. Are favs ice cream are chocolate, coffee, sweet cream and strawberry. I love the options of creating your own ice cream creation. The mix ins selections are amazing m&ms, gummy bears, Oreos, chocolate chips, brownies, almonds, sprinkles, etc. perfect for all ages. Adults and children alike.
