We got my pregnant wife and my children to buy, we trained like everyone else, and they ignored us in the most ridiculous way, my "mistake" was to speak Spanish with my wife. 3 people had to pass until it bothered me. IT'S THE WORST TO LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY AND REALIZE THAT THEY ARE RACIST EVEN in a company like this With this rude young man

You can never go wrong with stopping at a cold stone when you're crazing some ice cream. The cold stone here in Eastlake is a pretty good one to choose. The staff is always great and helpful. They never seem to stress or panic when a line begins to form or when little children are running around already on a sugar high! My wife and I frequent this cold stone quite a bit and I don't see that changing!

Great experience tonight at our local Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, took the time to help us look up ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins we wanted to help accommodate allergies. Although there was a wait, the line went quickly. The store was clean and social distancing was encouraged but not policed.

Ryan deserves a raise. Never in my life have I seen anyone at cold stone make such a wonderful cup of ice cream. I have been eating cold stone all my life and he made my experience superb. The ice cream he served was magnificently mixed and the whipped cream was very aesthetic. Thank you very much for caring about detail!

Sadly this place is so good but can’t even have their chairs or tables open for their customers especially the handicap table was even closed down just because the owner doesn’t want anyone in the establishments not sure I’ll come back after seeing these two elderly women ask to sit down and the manager refusing to put two chairs down for them seems like the owner doesn’t cate about their customers at al!!!
The staff are always very nice and treat you with respect. They are always busy and the lines are long at our local shop. My kids love this place.

I enjoy cold stone. The Ice cream is so creamy, rich and silky. Are favs ice cream are chocolate, coffee, sweet cream and strawberry. I love the options of creating your own ice cream creation. The mix ins selections are amazing m&ms, gummy bears, Oreos, chocolate chips, brownies, almonds, sprinkles, etc. perfect for all ages. Adults and children alike.

Last two times here they’ve messed up my order. First time they gave me the wrong ice cream, second time they gave me expired ice cream. I’m going to the Cold Stone at Terra Nova from now on.
