The food was tasty. We had a Carne Asada Burritom chilaquiles with eggs. And a kid quesadilla either rice. They have a salsa bar and it's located in the Village Walk at EastlakePlaza . The area is nice. It has a Koi pond with lots of turtles and a small playground for kiddos.

Came here Thur 8.8.24. Compared to alota taco shops this place is jus mediocre. They charge too much on drinks and there's no dispensers u havto buy a can for a soft drink. They wont even give u a cup of cold water w ice so u wil burn your butt off w salsas. We're NOT coming back ever. Pure Rediculous!

I work in the shopping center as Cotija’s and eat here often for my lunch break. The food is always good and the service is great. My food is always ready quickly so I’m able to eat my lunch and get back to work on time. This is my go to place every Saturday when I’m working.

We ordered 50 rolled tacos with all the fixins' for a party recently. The people at Cotijas are terrific. Our order was ready on time, hot and looked great. They included large amounts of cold shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, yellow and white, a nice container or delicious guacamole and some mildly spicy salsa verde. Cotijas did not skimp on any of the toppings. The beef were delicious, and those that ate the chicken taquitos said they very very good as well. What a great addition to my rice and beans. Thanks Cotijas! You always deliver great tasty Mexican food!

So its 7:56 I walk in because the door is open, and it says and looks open, I stillstood there for a few seconds, the lady comes up to me and says we are not open until 8, but I ended up going somewhere else

I’ve eaten at Cotijas in the San Diego area and have had good food. However, the Eastlake location stands out. The food is always delicious and fresh. I have always received fantastic customer service. The individuals that work at the register are always polite and orders accurate. Additionally, the restaurant is extremely clean. I couldn’t be happier!

Lady at counter very rude No patience .Make a face when you ask questions.Keep s talking in Spanish with cook while I’m standing to order.Food tastes bad and will not come back to this place.I’ll rate them below zero on service and attitude and atmosphere.
