Me and my wife love this place. Kind, friendly, generous owners. We used to get donut holes from here 16 years ago as anoying kids with our friends in high school before class started. We're now in our 30s and still live nearby. For the past 16 years, regardless if we were annoying loud teens or high tipping adults... the owners and staff have always welcomed and served us well and with kindness. It's still our go to donut stop <3 This place has genuine soul.

This mom and pop shop makes the best French crueler donuts on weekends. They recently started taking card/tap to pay etc. and as always are super friendly. The best thing is that they can accommodate my son’s peanut allergy—at least on the days I’ve gone they’ve said they don’t use peanuts. Do your due diligence and ask first of course, but this place is totally worth a stop!

HOLY MOLY! i just recently got into liking apple fritters and decided to try this place out. thus far i’ve had 5 different fritters throughout san diego (i’m here right now visiting my bf) and so far this one has been the best!
this fritter had an amazing amount of cinnamon, apples, and glaze. the crispy yet softness texture was perfect, the edges are definitely my favorite.
my bf got a chocolate glaze and it was pillowy soft and super good, (this is coming from someone who doesn’t like chocolate all that much.)
the lady who gave us the donuts threw in a couple of donut holes and those were amazing too. i cannot put enough emphasis on how fresh everything here was!
if i want an apple fritter from here on out i’m definitely coming here cause the times i’ve tried new places since this one have just left me thinking about this fritter. i hope when the time i get another fritter comes it was as good as the one i had this time, though i’m aware that things can change depending on the batch!

I have been to the donut shop off and on for about 10 years, I am not sure if they are under new ownership but I bought (2) dozen doughnuts this morning and the doughnuts didn’t seem fresh like in the past. They used to make the doughnuts early in the morning but they didn’t taste the same. Even my team mentioned they tasted like they made them the night before. $49 for (2) dozen mixed doughnuts seemed a little high but if they were fresh I wouldn’t care.

The new owners are absolutely amazing! She made me a Vietnamese coffee and it was amazing! They still make coffee the old fashioned way! The slow drip it and it’s absolutely delicious! My daughter got a ham and cheese bagel and it had so much love poured into it you can taste it! I love coming to small businesses and feeling like you’re welcome! They cared if our meal was perfect and didn’t rush us when ordering! I’d definitely come back you can taster the quality and the love.

Awesome place. My daughter and I went and we got Thai tea, plain and glazed donuts. They were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter accidentally dropped her atm card and when we got home she realized it, we called and they had it safe and sound. Thank you Crispy's donuts. They also gave us some sample donut holes.
The lady that helped me today was the sweetest! She gave us samples and free donut holes. They were delicious! Bagels were also really yummy :)

I was in the area and noticed this place had amazing reviews, so I had to stop by and I’m so glad I did. This is now my go to donut spot! Their authentic, made daily donuts are perfectly fluffy with that crisp, sweet glaze. Absolutely to die for.
The owner was incredibly welcoming. We experienced some of the best customer service today. Even my kids couldn’t stop talking about how nice he was and are already asking to come back.
This hidden gem, tucked next to Starbucks, is the perfect stop to pair with your morning coffee. Plus the parking lot is spacious, and easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend this place! If you're in the area, stop by and show your support! Authentic donut shops like this are rare, and I’d love for my kids to enjoy them the way I did growing up. Miss the memories… Sunday mornings with my dad, picking out our favorites. Let’s help keep places like this around!
