My review is not valid. The place was closed when i got there. I live far, and to be able to make a reservation and take a trip just to find the place close is not cool. I wish i would of known.
The skirt steak taco was phenomenal and so were the shrimp empanadas!! The food quality is outstanding. Valeria was great at recommending what drinks to get. I definitely will come back.
The day we had lunch in this place there was just one lady taking care of the whole place. But it was pretty empty. We waited a long time to order and also until the food arrived, but I still decided to give 5 stars, because I have never seen and/or drunk such a delicious and gigantic chelada! And also the lady was nice ? For food I ordered “Fckn tostada”-it’s pretty good. A nice light lunch!
Since arrival we received awesome service from everyone . Setup for a birthday and they had a cool birthday show for the bday girl . The food was super delicious too . Definitely would rate this place more than 5 stars .
Mid week visit. Servers were great. Timing for food served was scattered. Food was good with exception to dishes with whole shrimp. Shrimp was mediocre and expectation was high from what we had heard from others who experienced the menu in Vegas. Ambiance was great. Had a great time.
Came on Friday at 7pm and no wait. The Banda played great and the food tasted good. Had the Shrimp empanadas, camarones culichi and various tacos. All tasted great. The side beans were hell a good. Also tried a spicy roll. Such diverse menu. The wife loved the margaritas. Next time I'll add a lot more drinks.
Had fun regueton is there prime choice for music, first we had a tuna sashimi really good flavor a kick of spice we recommended, we had a shrimp and octopus coctail not that good, shrimp over cooked and not cleaned (whit the pop inside) left it behind. Asked server for a recommendation on a sushi roll we brought something good I don't remember the name but it helps that servers have good knowledge of the food. Drinks are really good had a Jarrito and a cucumber cilantro margarita both amaizing
Service is very slow but the food is great! Their guacamole($12) starter and sauce is very good! Hot Cheeto roll($18) and Mazapán frappe($9) exquisite!
Great food, Great Music near home I’ll come back!!!
1. We were forced to do reservation ealier than what we wanted because apparently everything after 3:45pm was booked. When we arrived there was only 4 other families in the whole restaurant. 2. It was hot and stuffy, no A/C. We asked 2 or 3 times if they could turn on the A/C or at least allow some kind of air to circulate by opening a few doors, but no. Waitress said that only when there is certain capacity reached it gets turned on. So that heat put us in a bad mood. Very uncomfortable. 3. False advertising, my drink was supposed to be served with dry ice, but it had regular ice. A steak dinner was supposed to come with shrimp and it didn't. Two of the meals we wanted came with fries but only 1 would have them because they ran out of potatoes. Steak was salty and dried. 4. We canceled the rest of our orders because we had reached our limit of disappointment, but we were forced to pay foe what was already sent to the cooks, so whatever, we paid for it, we just wanted to leave since it was a double birthday celebration. 5. We packed it up and left to Katrina's.

I went here last Friday on August 16th. I had chosen to sit in Diana's section since me and my boyfriend know here and we love her service. We went with another couple who are our friends then another couple who is my coworker and her husband, they ordered a bottle and whatever else they did and ended up skipping on their tab. My boyfriend paid for ours and my friend paid hers. The other couple didn't but the restaurant took upon themselves to charge the other couples tab on my boyfriends over the weekend without even asking or calling us. Diana even messaged me and I sent her the other persons number who didn't pay the tab but still charged my boyfriend. Now the restaurant doesn't want to pay him back when he's not even responsible for the tab not our fault that the other couple were broke and couldn't pay theres look for them and charge them. I even tried calling the restaurant today and whoever was the manager or pretended to be one just completely laughed at me and didn't care to help with the situation. This by far the worst experience I've ever had. You guys don't know how to handle situations how do you let people skip our on their tab? Who are you guys to charge someone else's card days later? What kind of business do you guys run ?
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and I couldn’t find a host or any employee other than the bartender. But fortunately she approached us waited on us. She was polite and attentive, good service overall. The bar menu displays many drinks to choose from and I decided to try the carajillo. Started with a tostada Altata and loved the spicy-lime sauce. Their Roca Shrimp are a good way to start too.
It was a holiday and I understand tables are booked, but they rushed us out even with no one waiting for tables or waiting outside. We could have made more consumption but they rushed us out. A poor experience that was a made an okay one because there was a mariachi band.
Wasnt too impressed when it first opened but gave it a second chance for my birthday and I'm glad I did! My family and I loved everything. Customer service 10/10. Will definitely be back.
