Went in to treat my family. While ordering I specifically asked if the strawberry sauce had chunks of strawberry in it because we don't like that. Was told by Lizbeth an employee that took my order, that it didn't have chunks. As soon as we got our blizzard noticed it was chunky. So i asked for a replacement without the strawberry since I was told it wouldn't be chunky. Was told that I could get a replacement but would have to pay for it. BUT was told that the chunks weren't strawberry??? When I asked for management number to complain was given my receipt with the store number on it? What good is that for if they will be the ones to answer the call? It's poor customer service, trash, money wasted and above all a terrible experience!

The girls were working hard but never lost their cool. Pleasant the entire time. I was there almost at closing.
I'm only giving it two stars because it's Dairy Queen and I like Dairy Queen. But I'm knocking 3 stars because of the shockingly bad customer service. I ordered two sundaes and two chocolate cones dipped in chocolate. The employee made two vanilla cones dipped in chocolate by mistake. She accused me of not saying chocolate dipped in chocolate and told us we should give the correct order next time because they had to waste the food. Are you kidding me?!!!!! Needless to say I still like Dairy Queen but will be going to the Plaza Bonita location from now on.

The staff is always rude! And they only give me like ten sprinkles every time I come here.. I should not always have to ask for more. It's close to home, so I keep subjecting myself to this location, but I would rather drive 20 min away from now on than continue to deal with disgruntled staff

The worker was speaking straight Spanish and was at the front counter wouldn't help me, and was talking with other people, I waited for 4 min and no help, so just left, also limited menu. Won't be back. Need better customer service
