We went there for my birthday. My daughter got sick from food and by the time I got home I was sick. It been 2 days . Only ear breakfast there. Never go to that Dennys again. The health department need to check that Dennys. Just saying.

Dora went out of her way to make every single person she was serving feel seen and valued. every request filled with enthusiasm. this was honestly the best service i’ve received at any denny’s location i’ve visited. Today i had a party of 8 and she was very patient and detail focused, she took her time to personalize our experience. even my 80 year old grandparents were very pleased with our visit. Our only complaint is the senior menu being removed by Denny’s corporate. the crew members made up for it.

our waitress carmen elena gave us a horrible experience , to start off with she gave us no energy from the jump and we were in a rush and when we asked to order she just walked away and told us to wait that it’s okay but when it comes to talking to other customers she had a smile and was excited to give them service but not us she gave us attitude and wasn’t up to give us service , so we order after asking 3 times 2 young men came in 10 minutes after we ordered and they got their food way before us , our food came out cold and by the time we had to leave our order finally came to us and we didn’t really get to eat anything but our eggs and bacon , when it was time to leave she finally smiled and was talking to us excited just so we can tip. i’m not one to complain about service as i work at a restaurant but this really set me off and made me very angry at the poor lack of service just because we’re 18 and she thought we won’t tip, never judge a book by its cover at the end of the day.

Had a bad experience with a waiter, my family and i went to eat there after Pride 2 year ago. He had trated us differntly than his other tables. We decided to give it another chance and came here today and the waitress told us to pick a table in her section. We sat down and she never came by with menus. We ended up leaving. As we were leaving we saw her chatting it up with her coworkers at the bar section. We decided to leave because people came in after us and they were sat down and given menus and drinks. They came in about 5 minutes after we did. Terrible service.

It’s great family spot. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and the choco nana pancakes which were pretty good. The waitresses were really nice and helpful, especially when requesting a table change, since we were a big group.
However, I must say that they hardly scrub and wash their mugs properly, since one of the cups was super dirty, so I don’t want to imagine how they take care of cleaning.

The tables and coffee cups were dirty, the waitress took a long time to serve us, she brought the food and never came to ask if we needed anything or to serve more coffee, they need to improve a lot. Ahhh, she gave me the wrong ticket.
Food is great, but today (Sunday), it took longer than usual to get our food to the table. The waitress was not in the best mood. I honestly felt ignored. Not sure if it was because we were only three (wife, kid and myself), but I could not notice how other tables got better service. One of them even got a 'on the house' dessert while we couldn't get the waitress'attention to get a refill. I will get back, but hopefully that day will be Clarissa's day off.

Personnels were so rude on customer. They don’t know how to speak polite and be nice. They were speaking in Spanish language aloud while I was asking for a table and eating my food. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.

I went here to grab breakfast and cold coffee for to go, since it was very busy in the morning. I ordered the berry waffle slam, and when i get back from my car i started eating my food i instantly got disappointed when I saw the berries, it definitely has mold on it if you look closely at the picture, it doesn’t even looked fresh from the strawberries and the blueberries . I just hope that you guys inspect all your inventories and foods before you give it to your customers, in this case good thing I was pretty observant and didn’t proceed to eat it, not really worth $18 for all those.
