I am extremely disappointed with my experience on 12/25/25. When I arrived to pick up my order, a young male employee cashed me out even though the order was already sitting on the rack and had been ready since 5:54 PM. My total was $40.10. I gave him $50.00 and clearly stated the remaining amount was a holiday tip for the team.
Instead, he handed three employees one dollar each and pocketed the rest. Even more disturbing, after handling cash, neither he nor the other employees washed their hands before continuing food preparation. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
I never received a receipt, and the employee did not return. Another employee, Antwan, stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation professionally—he was clearly embarrassed by his coworker’s actions. I left the store around 6:45 PM without a receipt or proper explanation.
I expect Domino’s management to take this matter seriously and contact me directly. This behavior reflects poorly on your store and is not something I would expect from Domino’s

FOOD SAFETY ISSUE - Ordered a medium stuffed crust with pepperoni and bacon cheesy bread - the pizza smelled and tasted sour - inedible. When I called the store to let them know / request a refund, the manager (an unnamed woman) did not come on the phone. The worker did his best to help but they showed ZERO concern about possibly rancid food. Never going back.

I ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce, two types of cheese, and jalapeños. The portion I received was ridiculously small. It was far less than what I expected. As you can see in the picture, the amount they gave me was disappointing. It’s the second time it happened with me at this Location. Definitely not worth the price, and I’m really unhappy and not gonna order from this location again.

It took 30 minutes to deliver my pizza . Delivery guy , dropped off several orders opposite way from my house. My pizza was soggy already . And the pizza place is just 7-8 minutes away from my house.

Also idk why but my order is always wrong. The best dominos is the Sweetwater one or the palm one hands down.
Also manger at the 3rd avenue did mentioned even though she is the manager that she would not help me out with any of the questions I had regarding my order.

One if my new favorite dominos. Thue r nit cheap with the indridienta. the store is super clean. there is not line in the evening to pick up the pizza. Empoyess greet you with a smille. YOU CANT MAKE THIS LOCATION BETTEE EVEN IF YOU TRY. ok I lied, if you can make the pizza FREE then it be better but then that is asking for too much. BEST LOCATIONS EVER, even compared to other pizza chains

There were three guys working between the register and cooking the products jibber jabbering away. I received my order, took it home and the order wasn't even right. I had ordered the 16-piece parmesan bites and marinara sauce and I got no sauce. Some of the parmesan bites were overly cooked and not uniformly cut. Very artificially flavored coatings.

As a frequent Dominos customers the service has gradually declined and this experience is prime example of that.
I called ahead to get extra sauce and garlic oil on the pizza because they have previously forgotten to put it on, so I called ahead to make sure that gets done, and the rudeness that followed on the phone very uncalled for. Just pay the fees and we’ll give whatever you want attitude needs to be addressed.
Always a dominos customer just not this location.
