All food prep tools are thoroughly washed & sanitized multiple times a day ( i know that for a FACT!! ) Employees at this location are always in good spirits & busting out orders quickly. Looks like this locations management team & crew are running top-notch

Employees are great and have great customer service . Unfortunately pizzas taste horrible their sauce taste nasty . ordered twice and both times we only ate one slice before we threw it away .

Ordered a pizza at 6:22 with instructions to leave it at the door, by 8:02 it said it was delivered and I never saw it. It's not like I didn't leave a tip or anything. Dominoes isn't worth the money or time you spend waiting for it, this was the nail in the coffin for me.

Tasty pizzas. Love the specialty pizzas they have. You can see the teamwork going on behind the scenes. Gives a good vibe. Excellent customer service.
I order pan pizzas twice from here. It was just basically dough. Had no sauce and majority of the pizza literally had no cheese.Wasted a total of $120 definitely will not ever order from here again

What a horrible experience tonight. Ordered 2 small pizzas and wings at 630pm. An hour later, the online tracker said Delivered! But no pizza! Called them and was told the driver left the store without our order, they were sooo sorry, they'd remake the order and we could expect it within 25 minutes. Fast forward another hour, we see that our tracking info has said quality check for over 15 minutes. Called them again, spoke to Julio, and we were basically told tough sh@t, how about a refund and a coupon, sorry we've been having staffing problems tonight. A very angry conversation followed about their abysmal customer service, and we ended up hanging up extremely dissatisfied and disrespected. Literally 12 minutes later our food was delivered, ice cold, no sauce on the wings. It felt very petty of them at that point, and I would be very surprised if the store honors our refund. Owner, if you're reading this you should be ashamed of your staff and their service, tonight they really failed hard, which means you failed.

I saw the commercial on dominoes New York style pizza & decided to pick one up at the dominoes across the street from south western college ! We tried 1 slice & threw it away undercooked & probably was the worst pizza me & my family ever had I would not even feed it to our dog our mastiff & threw it away & I told family to get dressed we went out to eat at a restaurant! I did not call & complain & just ate the $10 bucks not worth it did not want another horrible pizza made !! Also , when we got there the girl said we under cooked it & it we had to re make it ! Soggy & tasteless sauce taste like it’s right out of the aisle at Walmart , it’s very difficult to screw up a pizza but they managed they need to start over ! Absolutely worst pizza in 25 yrs it reminded us of why we never order dominoes !!!

Called to tell the manager that items from a delivery were missing and she said her name was Andrea but because I didn’t notice sooner, she would not refund any money or replace any items. I recommend that you call corporate right away for any problems and do a review immediately. Correction with staff and training is needed at this location.

This is my go to Dominos Pizza store as we live close to it. We order Pizza every other week or sometimes every week. Last night we were so hungry we ordered two pizzas for pick up. When we started eating we realized the pizzas were not fresh at all. We were very disappointed and couldn’t even finish our pizzas. It’s a damn shame. We will have to try somewhere else now.
