I arrived when my order said it was ready for pick up. We sat there for 15 minutes with my hazard lights flashing and nobody brought us our carside order. The tracker said order complete so I went inside to ask the status of my order and there was nobody at the registers. I tried to ask one of the girls in the back for help and she ignored me. Finally another girl came and asked me what I needed and I told her my order was ready 20 minutes ago and I haven’t received my food. She dug our food out from underneath a bunch of boxes and couldn’t tell me how long it sat there. The food was cold and hard. My order was ready at 6:40 and I didn’t receive it until after 7 pm. Ignoring your customers is bad for business.

The worst customer service, where the manager is too busy to speak to their customers. I tried placing an order today by a horrible person named Karla, she first told me that there was a 1 hour wait to pick up an order which was a lie, it was actually 20 minutes then made a very simple order into something extremely difficult and upsetting, got upset at any question I asked and ended up hanging up on me.

All food prep tools are thoroughly washed & sanitized multiple times a day ( i know that for a FACT!! ) Employees at this location are always in good spirits & busting out orders quickly. Looks like this locations management team & crew are running top-notch
