Let me start off by saying normally the pizza here is good. But it's the little things that make the difference. Like not holding pizza's vertically.... If I wanted a calzone I would have ordered a calzone, I didn't need the driver to fold the pizza for me. Domino's Corporate does not care. Submitted multiple claims, get a response and then silence. This Domino's can do better.

Update: 27th of June. 3 Times in a row now. Destroyed pizza after delivery.

I wish I could react to other people's horrible orders gotten wrong. Especially the dude that only got straight tomato sauce and no cheese 😭😂. I've ordered here s few times every year since 2019 but it's gotten worse. Y'all need to fix yo stuff or hire better people to be honest.

Buying from this place is wasted of money, if you want to just buy trash can throw it right back to a trash can, you are in a right place. The delivery app got my orders wrong, my phone number was on the receipt, they did not act like normal human being. Give me a call? Instead delivered this trash to my. Hi, good job. Caused me 45$.

Ordered a 1 topping cheese pizza 5/26/25. Pizza was ready at estimated time but picture below is what was received. Training is needed or equipment needs maintenance. So disappointed

*****UPDATE 5.7.2025: Sent a complaint to Domino's Corporate directly and got a case number that same day. I assume a company of that size would want to know what's happening with their franchises. NO word after 10 days. That's all you need to know.***** Ordered online 32 pieces of boneless wings for carryout from Domino's Store #7709 located at 2110 Birch Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91915 on 04/27/2025 at 1:37pm. $60 bucks including tax. When arrived home with my order, at least 11 pieces of those wings were half an inch or less in size. One of them was literally just bread. This is not an accident, this is simply a scam. See picture included with this review.

This Domino’s location is truly something else. I received my pizza, completely missing the sauce and when I called to politely point it out, the woman on the phone questioned me like I was making it up. Not exactly the customer care I was hoping for. I called and was left on hold for over 15 minutes with no one ever coming back to the line. I called again from a different number, explained I had been left on hold, and the guy who answered just hung up on me. Impressive. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, I’d recommend ordering from literally any other location

Horrible customer Service there Luara i believe that is one of the managers very rude & ghetto argumentive and disrespectful. how do they hire these type of people no customer service skills and the food /pizza over cooked /burnt bad quality and chicken burnt and dried out nasty .I recommend new respectful workers that care about there service and quality of food.
They really need better managers that are responsible. very sad.

Wish I could give zero stars. The staff here are poor representations of the place. I order a pizza around 330 pm on 2/20/25. I waited for what seemed like forever just to look online and say my pizza got delievered. How of I never met the guy at the door. So not only did my receipt not say contactless the driver still left my pizza on the door step of someone else’s house ( so they get my pizza and appetizer and drinks for free). Now my receipt confirmed that my order was not contactless so why would he just leave my order at a door anyway when the order wasn’t contactless. Next I call to see where my order is because again it says “delivered enjoy ur pizza” when I never got a pizza to begin with. Martha (if that’s even her name) decided she was gonna tell me that it said contactless and that’s not my problem the driver is doing his job. Come to find out the driver sucks at his job and he delievered to the wrong house and even tho the receipt didn’t say contactless he decided that he was gonna drop it off at what ever house her felt like. So not only and I inconvenienced but someone got my order for free and Martha decided that I didn’t deserve to be compensated for their negligence. Like what kind of company trains their staff to not give a damn in the event of wrong doing, inconvenience, negligence or mishap. So I was taken back when Martha said she can give me a refund . A refund after u just gave my whole order for free to some one else all i could be given was a refund… so i go up there to get my refund and Adam is at the fro. Adam did not care either so i am wondering why he even asked what was going on if he wasn’t going to make it right either. Either way im not letting up cause ethically i know they could have done more. Training needs to be held for the guy would decided to deliver where ever he feels and Martha could have handled it better she just didn’t want too.
