It was my first time ordering anything from this location and it was the worst. They messed up my pasta order. I ordered the primavera and they gave me some kind of sausage one. And I also ordered a medium pan cheese pizza and I guess they forgot to add the marinara sauce. It was gross and an all around horrible experience.

Awful! Full of running GREASE! Pizza and cheese bites . I called mrg . It's my fault for ordering new York style ,, the crust isn't made for 3 toppings ! That's why there was so much disgusting grease . Box was soaked as well . Cheese bites were totally disgusting , again my fault for ordering them .paper towels were used to keep all the grease from going everywhere. No more , we will go else where

I have had domino's pizza every now and then from other locations. But pizza from this location taste so delicious. I know some may had issues with calling this location it doesn't signal at all it keeps cutting off. I had the same issue too but it's not the worker's problem I think. I had the BBQ pizza loved it nice and crispy. Thank you

I would never ever go to this Domino's location at Birch Rd.Chula Vista, CA. Manager (fat Mexican lady) was very rude and didn't know everything that I was asking her about - rewards program, how to generate receipt,etc. It didn't seem that she was fully trained for this position. She needed to attend more seminars on customer service, good manners and right conduct. Didn't surprise me at all why they only get 2.5 stars.They deserved it. Don't go to this location. Save yourself from being stressed and all that. Go somewhere else.

Service is horrible. Ordered online. Order was late for nearly an hour. Called the store to get status. Placed on hold repetitively for durations more than 5 minutes. Several folks answered and rudely left me on hold. Still waiting on hold as i write this. I don’t write reviews often but this type of service just rubs me the wrong way!

I order Extraganzza everytime form this dominos and everytime its different this time it didn't have hardly any toppings on it. I should of called them and ask them to make me another. But the kiddos were hungry and I wasn't feeling well. 23.99 for pizza 9.99 for tots 5.99 for delivery plus and 8.00 tip. I should of gotten the bomb pizza but it was cold and late. I've also had some very disrespectful employees take my order. I'm so disgusted with the quality of the food and I wanna say I won't order again but thats a lie. They have the only kind of pizza I like. Here's to hoping someone cares enough to read this and change the way they do business.
