I would never ever go to this Domino's location at Birch Rd.Chula Vista, CA. Manager (fat Mexican lady) was very rude and didn't know everything that I was asking her about - rewards program, how to generate receipt,etc. It didn't seem that she was fully trained for this position. She needed to attend more seminars on customer service, good manners and right conduct. Didn't surprise me at all why they only get 2.5 stars.They deserved it. Don't go to this location. Save yourself from being stressed and all that. Go somewhere else.

Service is horrible. Ordered online. Order was late for nearly an hour. Called the store to get status. Placed on hold repetitively for durations more than 5 minutes. Several folks answered and rudely left me on hold. Still waiting on hold as i write this. I don’t write reviews often but this type of service just rubs me the wrong way!

I order Extraganzza everytime form this dominos and everytime its different this time it didn't have hardly any toppings on it. I should of called them and ask them to make me another. But the kiddos were hungry and I wasn't feeling well. 23.99 for pizza 9.99 for tots 5.99 for delivery plus and 8.00 tip. I should of gotten the bomb pizza but it was cold and late. I've also had some very disrespectful employees take my order. I'm so disgusted with the quality of the food and I wanna say I won't order again but thats a lie. They have the only kind of pizza I like. Here's to hoping someone cares enough to read this and change the way they do business.

Three this particular dominos has inconvenience me. TheThe first time, they forgot my drink and I let it go. Mistakes happen. Then on another order, they put bacon on my stuffed bread when my order said no bacon. The third time they left my order on my porch and didn't notify me that it had been delivered. I waited over an hour and had to call, just to be told your food is sitting on the porch. When i grabbed it, the box was cold to the touch and all i was told was, "you had contactless delivery," as if ringing my door bell and then walking away means you made contact.

I don’t know what’s up with this location but they CONTINUALLY find ways to either 1. Mess up my pizza with specific instructions ordered using their app, 2. Give away my pizzas away to someone else, 3. Not deliver pizzas until you call them to find out what happened or 4. Make you wait in the parking lot forever after you’ve checked-in for curbside service.I mean every time I order here they find a way to surprise and disappoint me.

Once my favorite domino location but they have drastically declined. We paid extra for the hand pan crust but I don’t know because the pizza was overcooked and dry. Our pizza looked thrown together like toddlers. If I had picked up the pizza, instead of sending my son, I would’ve definitely been asking for a full refund. You could’ve kept that dry, overcooked, sloppy project. And let’s don’t even talk about the pigeon honey bbq wings because those wings could’ve have came from no chicken. Needless, to say, we probably won’t be returning anytime soon. This is the 2nd time in a row that we received below satisfactory food.

I recently moved to Chula Vista from Orange County and the food and service is a world apart. I understand it's not gourmet, however, as a business you should strive to provide the best level of service and attitude to your customers. The first time I ordered from this location, the food arrived cold, halfway cooked and with slices missing. We called the store and requested to speak with the manager, as one of the employees, Veronica, was giving us an attitude and being very disrespectful toward us. She refused to connect us with the manager. The second time we went to the store to pick up our order, and once again, the food wasn't made properly. We went to request they fix it, and the same employee, Veronica, took it personally and gave us attitude. The "manager" came to apologize, however, we are not going back. It's pizza. It's not that hard to follow instructions. Giving the customer an attitude is just bad service. Plus, employees smoking cigarettes right outside the pizza shop, is just classless and gross. Needless to say, we will not be giving our business to this location again. Domino's can and should do better, and so should Chula Vista.

Where is the quality control? Domino's quality has gone down a lot. I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering from here in the future. And looking at other reviews, we will probably get a new store there soon. It's sad because, I was literally one of the first customers when they opened after the cupcake bakery left and their quality was pretty good, but now not so much!

I ordered food for delivery for the first time from this store since moving to Eastlake. My order was received by the store at 6:50 pm with an estimated time for delivery of 24-32 minutes. At 7:15 I received a text saying it was out for delivery. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called the store to see what was up. They thought it was odd and couldn't get in touch with the driver, so they asked that I call back in 5 minutes if it wasn't delivered. I waited 5 minutes with no delivery, so I requested a refund at 7:45, 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be out for delivery. The store said I would be refunded. Then the delivery showed up about 20 minutes later and the food was not fresh out of the oven, to say the least. Terrible first impression and my family will not be ordering from this store again.
