My overall experience with Doughnut Bar Eastlake has been a good one. I've seen this place many times before, but haven't tried it. Today was finally my day to try these delicious doughnuts. Things are a bit expensive, but if you utilize certain food apps like the one I used. My total was dramatically reduced. The next time you have a sweet tooth, try the Doughnut Bar of Eastlake.

I've been here a few times to try some of the different donuts they have, but they are pretty flavorless. No matter the day or time I've tried them, they're always really dry and taste old. They're huge and bread tasting, also quite expensive compared to a regular shopping center donut shop. I'm a donut lover and these miss the mark.

Ordered off of uber eats three donut and they substituted all three without calling to tell us or asking what we would rather have. Cannot fathom making the substitutions without considering patient preference, allergies or just offering a refund if they cannot supply the order.

So good. I’m a kid and I’m CRAZY for this place. The donuts are fancy and cute, and a surprise box on TooGoodToGo are good. Donuts are delicious. Staff is very nice and friendly. I love this place. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you’re going to love The Donut Bar.

The donuts are good, but the customer service needs improvement, hence the 2 stars. I asked the cashier if she can cut the donut in half and she couldn't be bothered to ask the baker or try to address my request. This is not the first time. This place skimps out on having any utensils and can't even cut their oversized donuts. 😒

The specialty donuts are flavorful, creative and most importantly not overly sweet, just enough for achieving umami. Maple bars with bacon, OH MY! Prices are reasonable, considering their creations are like from a very good bakery vs a donut shop. And they are always so friendly and greet you as you come in.
My wife and I stopped in yesterday evening for some power rings! Its been some time for us to visit… with that said the quality is still holding strong. The young lady at the front was extremely inviting and helpful. We would strongly recommend.
