Worst Dunkin ever. I always try to give them chances and either my order is always incorrect, I place a mobile order early and it’s still takes 30 minutes to make. I’ve been standing waiting for my order for 20 minutes just for it to be placed with someone else’s order. They need more workers, it gets packed in the AM and not fair to the workers

Usually I go in here and everyone is nice. I walked in, and usually there’s someone asking what donuts I want, at the glass counter. They take my order and hand it to the person at the register to ring it up.
A guy with tattoos on his arms and corn rolls, was standing at the glass counter, and just looked at me. Didn’t say hi or anything, when I said good morning. I asked for 10 munchkins. Then he goes, you order over there, I don’t have a register here, it’s over there, with a condescending tone making me feel stupid.
