Not the type to write a review but I was so disappointed on this place. My husband and I got really bad service. As if it was our fault that the guy was having a bad day or whatever. The drinks were not good and took a long time. We like to support our locals but sucks when small businesses don't appreciate their customers.

This place is the worst worst worst. With the whole covid situation going on i dont unsertand why they are still operating. if i could give this place a 0 i would. there was a big BIG RAT!!! i saw it with my own eyes. it was so gross. The owner the crancky old man Miguel is probably going to see this and have a heart attack. And most likely he will message me talking crap! but to be honest this place is trash. Their sandwiches are gross DO NOT COME HERE. I dont know how this place is still open for "12 years" si estan ahi salgansen D'VOLADA jajajajajajajaja If i waa dyinf in hunger ill rather stare to death. Seriously stay away from this shitty place.

Didn't hesitate to throw our beverages away literally outside the shop. Baaaaaaaaaddd customer service. He seemed annoyed. They need a friendly customer service and a good barista. Definitely, NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Been getting bagels from here for about a week now but today will probably be the LAST TIME at this location. The only guy there is rude, doesn’t smile and rushes you while you’re ordering, even if there’s no one behind you. (Third avenue in Chula Vista). Bagel was good but too pricey. D’Voladas in Mexico people, way nicer than this dude.
Awful customer service. The barista was very rude for asking a simple question. The smoothies we ordered were average and the matcha didn’t taste good.

Count the change they give u back. They steal from their customers . The should just stay in TJ and they should be reported to BBB . They don't wear gloves or a mask when they prepare your food. Disgusting

Horrible service and thieves! They charged my son $17 for a disgusting turkey sandwhich, then when I went back to ask how much was the sandwich Miguel the guy at the counter said I only charged him $7 , I said no I gave my son a $20 bill and you gave him $2 and some cents change back. He yelled at me said that wasn't his problem that he made the mistake of thinking it was a $10 bill . He went back and forth with me and never returned my $13 change. He was so rude and the food was nasty. Never going back again. We used to go often before Covid but never again. If I was the owner I would fire Miguel, because he has no respect for customers.
