Came in this location, eight employees behind the counter and no one in line. Had to wait until the girls finished their chat to notice me.
Ordered 30 bagels and asked them to slice them. The first girl said the slicing machine was not working, so I said I ordered 30 bagels and I am not going to cut them al myself. The second girl said “but the slicing machine doesn’t work.
I told them that even if the machine doesn’t work they can slice them by hand. Which they eventually did.
I don’t get why thy thought it’s the customers problem that their machine doesn’t work.

How hard is it to make a bagel and put bacon? Instead yall wanna charge me something crazy and still make my sandwich wrong. By the way I have an egg allergy so thank you for ruining my sandwich. So the bacon wasn't even cooked. Yall have some nerve to be expensive and provide this terrible service. I will not be returning

If I can give this place a zero star review I would. I placed the order online waiting for 45 minutes on Mother’s Day to go inside and they ran out of bagels and still trying to work on my order. On top of that there’s a guy in there, sneezing with smell all over his shirt, literally snot all over his shirt, sticking his hand and people’s bag. (The reason why I ordered online.) I asked for a refund and they’re telling me I have to email. Ridiculous! Get it together, People!

We order the Nova Lox. We like it with no capers and lots of onions. They have a difficulty with this order every time. We get to our car to eat and are disjointed each time. Why can't they get it right?

Great customer service. Location is easy to access. Ample variety. Indoor and outdoor seating. This most recent visit the organization of servers was off. Coffee was too weak, and another was out. Made my quick stop turn into a lengthy one. I'm not sure why it seemed disorganized.

This place is a nightmare on a Saturday morning. I've never seen an establishment run so poorly with this many people waiting. Why aren't there chairs? Why don't the employees put the food on the pickup shelves? It's chaos. I made an online order for the maple bagel and 25 mins later they tell me they don't have any left. I've been standing here for 15 mins and the whole time they are telling me it's being made. I will never return. No refund.
