The organization for this location needs to be assessed. This place is in complete chaos.Waited over an hour for three bagels and a hash brown. If you can’t handle online /mobile orders, then eliminate that option, don’t force the store to continue servicing online or mobile orders if they can’t handle the workload.

We love their bagels, but at breakfast time there are too many people and long waiting around 30 to 40 min. Highly suggest ordering online first and just go to pick up .

not a friendly place to go. just a squished line of people with little room to move. I have tried to place my order online to save time in the awful line, but you can only order a dozen of the same kind online. If you want to have a dozen mixed and matched, you have to try calling in, usually i have to make several calls before i can talk to a real person to order. Then when i get there, i still have to wait in a long line just to pay.Highly inefficient way to run a business. That must contribute to the extreme high prices. At this point i am actively looking for an alternative place to buy bagels for work.I have noticed there's a lot of complaints about this store and there is always a canned answer to every negative review. Although nothing seems to get done, they always reply to our reviews and say that they want us now to go to their website and tell him how bad they are. We've already explained how bad they are on this site. Management of this store really needs to get their act together!
Terrible experience. I reported the manager Isabella. I ordered at 8:53 and came into the store at 10am. I asked the gentlemen if my order was ready, he said they hadn’t made it. The manager then said someone else might have take. It. I asked them if they could prioritize my order since it wasn’t my fault. The manager said she could only refund it or make it. I asked if that’s all she could do and she said “LIKE I SAID, I can only make it or refund it”. What a terrible experience. Unapologetic and no options whatsoever to remedy the situation and make it right.

Always predictable quality and service. But it's getting very expensive for a couple bagels and a soda. Ouch, can't go as often as I wound like.
The bagel (turkey-sausage, pictured) looked a bit disappointing, but the bread was really good.Also, I recommend that you know your order beforehand as it gets busy in the morning.

This one is for Chula Vista location on East H.Staff is horrible, I got a burnt bagel the other day. The cashier with the long nails always looks annoyed by the customer ordering food. I use to love coming here but not now . Yesterday was the last time I’ll ever go back. Rude customer service, lazy staff, and the food isn’t good anymore.There was one kid that worked here , he was always so happy and excited to see customers, he always made sure to have a smile on his face and make you feel comfortable. I haven’t see him in a while. He should be showing all these other lazy annoyed employees how to do their job.

I've been craving a nova lox bagel for a while now. I decided to go on my lunch break to grab one. I asked for open face nova lox toasted with everything on an everything with extra capers. this is what I got :( no open face, barely any cream cheese and FIVE capers. makes me wonder, if I asked for extra capers, how many the usually put on... 3? so disappointed. I'll have to hunt for another bagel place :(
