El Pollo Grill - Otay Ranch

This place and the Bonita one are getting worse, daily. Never put onion and celantro on my carne asada tacos and just got an order of large carne asada chips (extra carne asada meat and pico ON THE online order) but not physically there. Looks like a regular order in a large plate but no extra meat $9 and no pico de gallo. 👎 👎

I’m giving the food and service a 2 star because the burrito had 2-3 French fries in the whole thing. Yes, they gave me a lot of meat, but it’s not a California burrito with no fries. I’m disappointed because this was my favorite Cali burrito in all of SD, but it’s gone down hill or at least poor service with lack of attention. The meat was also cooked like if it was boiled unlike the usual char style.

Had great customer service from Alexis, she’s very kind, caring, attentive and has a beautiful smile. Plus my Cali burrito was 10/10

My family and I enjoy this place, but whenever we order take out, there's always something wrong with the order. Just today, I ordered a pollo asada burrito for my daughter who does not eat red meat. When she went to eat it, she found it filled with carne asada, even though the receipt said it was chicken. She ended up not eating, and seeing as we were already home, didn't think it was worth going back to say something. While im certain it was a mistake, i am thoroughly disappointed that we cant trust that our order will be made properly for takeout.

I always love that restaurant when i live near there my auntie house but my school program is over and I came back to Korea I really really miss that sauce, burrito, mood, everything I think I sometimes think of it more than my crush acc I have to go back chula vista for getting them ugh i had to steal their recipes IM CRAVING SM

The place is super pricey for 5 roll tacos is $11.00 they are good l will said . Tortas aren’t good at all and pretty expensive they charge a lot for original Avocado on anything it’s not even guacamole they just throw slices of avocado on the food like on the roll tacos never seen that . For 10 roll tacos and a burrito we pay $31.00

Food is always great. Unfortunately, their service could use some help. Most recent issue with them involves an online order. My wife went to pick it up at the time it stated it would be ready but it was not ready. The three women who were there were unhelpful, dismissive, and unapologetic about the order not being ready. They never acknowledged that it was late and didn’t even provide updates while my wife waited. When the food was ready, one of the women just threw it on the counter, again with no acknowledgement. The fries barely had any meat (carne asada fries). It ended up being more than an hour between time of order and the food being ready. Inexcusable service for the price they charge.

First time going there had a lot to choose from, we ordered shimp burrito and roll chicken tacos very delicious.

This place has an amazing variety of food for you to pick, quick, and tasty. The employees are nice and give you a great service. Just one thing... there was a hair in my food

Food is great but the customer service is terrible. I’ve always looked the other way because I do enjoy their food but this time the cashier went too far. If you like to be treated like a peasant, then enjoy. Won’t be coming back here again.

Ordered the family chicken dinner meal which included 12 pieces of chicken, beans, french fries, rice and received the tiniest pieces of chicken and no salsa, no guacamole or anything and cost over $78, you are better off buying a whole chicken at albertsons or costco and making your own meal. Cant believe they wouldn't even provide salsa for the price paid. Go elsewhere as not worth the price and small pieces of chicken .

Ordering over the phone was very easy. I was given honest ordering amounts for the number of people attending my event with suggestions on how to keep our trays warm. Delivery was so convenient. Our guests loved the food and even took some home with them.

Ordered chicken roller tacos and they didn't put any guacamole big ripoff place, the customer service isn't good either. Make sure to check your food whenever you order
