I think this location is the best of the EPGs but for some reason they take an extreme amount of time to prepare food. I had to be refunded after waiting for 25 minutes for my food.

Expensive , had a beef taco - too much meat, would prefer more toppings especially guacamole. Their hot sauce is good. Weekend menudo is bit pricy, but tastes good with all the fixings. The lid for the soup didn't fit, so most of the liquid poured into the bag. Lucky they bagged the soup separately. Would have been better to plastic wrap the soup. Burritos are huge.... good for two people.

The food prices were good (B+). The portions (A). I did not like the quality of the tortillas but I would go back.

Been coming here for years and not once have I had a negative experience. Food is always delicious and service is good! Only a slight complaint is that I love spicy hot sauce and over the years I noticed the spiciest one is milder. But its fine its still really delicious 😁 always recommend coming here and ordering the Buzzer Beater!

I loved the pollo and carne asada tacos. The salsa was really good as well. The only thing I would complain about the price

The surf and turf fries was huge. The fried were crispy and tasty and the portion was great. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was pretty good. I also liked the salsas. The restaurant was on the cool side and the drinks that they sell were pretty good and not too sweet.

I was looking to get my girlfriends son a proper CA Burrito while he was in town from the east coast and reviews in this area for Taco Lounge and Lolita's were not good. I gave EPG a try and dang, that was a good burrito. It was $16 but it was a meal for 2. It was stuffed with delicious meat and crispy fries. As good a CA Burrito as I have had in a long time. My GF got the birria tacos and they were bangin too. Really good flavor and everything was fresh.

Great food, terrible customer service. They charge $3.99 for an empty container that you have to stand in line to fill from their salsa bar. The salsa is free if you use their single scoop small containers, no matter how many you fill. $3.99 is the most expensive empty plastic container to be found anywhere. Also, they charge extra if you want dark meat only chicken.

I placed an order online and made the drive out to pick it up. Two of the items in my order were wrong, but only found out once I got home and saw the order. So I then called to see if I could get a refund for my order or something, I called and was met with honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I do my best to give people the benefit of the doubt. Whoever answered the phone was the rudest young lady I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to, I was so offended I couldn’t even continue the conversation. I was scolded for them getting my order wrong and was met with the absolute opposite of sympathy. Do not order/dine here if you want good service.

Honestly it's crazy buying a 20 dollar burrito but that's the world we live in. But it was a damn good burrito. There hot sauce is delicious as well. I subtracted one star from service. Mostly due too the almost completely nonverbal employee at the register.

Nice place with plenty of options, but I’d classify it as more of an Americanized Mexican restaurant. The food has flavor, but it’s not quite authentic. Their burritos have a lot of rice and beans with very little meat. I’ve tried this place twice — it’s okay, but it wouldn’t be my go-to spot. A bit on the pricey side too, though that seems to be the norm these days.
