At exactly 8:55 they said I could not eat inside . And they close at 9:30. And at 9:02 they started putting the chairs up in the tables . Honestly horrible . But i guess thats why they work there .lazy people. Will never come back hell with this place and who ever hired these kind of people.

I get out the car to grab my food once I’m home. I find my food wasn’t closed at all and sauce all over the bag. I call to let them know what happened they want me to drive the 20 minutes to return the food to ADD sauce not even replace the meal. I spent 60 dollars for food not a mess or a headache. Thanks a lot.

Agh! I love this place, but I know they’re young and probably don’t know NOT to do this. Someone walked off with an order, outside to their car, and brought it back after they opened it and realized it wasn’t their order. They gave them the right order and then tried to hand me the bag.. I asked the employee if that was the same order the guy walked outside with so he tried to RE BAG THE FOOD. That was not the point. I don’t know what the person did or if they opened it tried it or what. The workers don’t know what the guy did. It’s a health and safety matter. I know common sense isn’t common everywhere, but that’s why y’all should get your food handlers cards so at least you know the minimum safety expectations of a food establishment.

I think that the service you recieve depends on the Tip left. I always get my order to go, therefore I never leave a tip. I can see, if I'm dinning in and some come to my table. My experience is hit and miss with Hard, Dry and Salty chicken. However, when it's done right it's good.

Really good customer service. Santiago was the guy helping me at the desk and he was really nice the entire time. Food is great here too, can’t get enough of the darn ranch!
