We ordered and after a while no one was at the counter . When they got back after we waited over 20 min for the order I asked the female worker and she said our order was not there. A few minutes later I asked how much longer because all other people who came after us got their order. Our order is even smaller than theirs. So I asked how much longer and if she can check, she was going to say something but the male worker looked behind the counter and the order was just sitting there. In short, she pretended to check but she really didn't check for our order. Our food got cold because she was lazy to check. For that I give this location a 3 star. Too bad I didn't catch her name.
Parking: People come and go so be carefully backing up and coming in.
Kid-friendliness: Yea there are tables for kids to eat.
This place has been here a while, and while the wings, sauce and bread are really good. I recently had to bout of food poisoning after eating the Epic Fries that ended up in an ER visit. I've never had this happen at this location and frankly it was shocking, since I've seen that they keep the place clean. To be honest, the quality of the food here has gone down hill a bit, not quite as good as it was a couple years ago. The Epic Fries were very pasty and cold about 5 minutes after getting them. Might try it again but please get everything well done amd avoid yourself the trip to the ER I had.

Service and food was good, but the homeless guy drinking off the soda machine and touching all of the utensils ruined the visit. I've been here multiple times and they never have an employee out front. Given the area, they need someone watching at all times to prevent issues like this

Chicken was nice & tender. However, it was so much sauce that it drowned the flavor of the chicken. I didn't eat the vegetables they served with the chicken, so I really felt as if I did not get what I paid for!

Just feel like if you don't like what you do go get another job either way there's no need to give an attitude to the customer rolling eyes loud sigh walking away damn near dragging you're feat should of taken my food to go hasn't always Ben like this but lately these new girls maaan can't no body just order without the attitude from employees sheesh
