Epic Wings has great chicken meals with sauce options as well as other meal options. For example in salad, pizza etc. the food is awesome and I have always been provided with good service on all locations that I have visited sofar. ??

Want free hair in your food? Come to Epic Wings on Otay Lakes Road!!I found a hair in my food and called the business to let them know. You would think they would try to make the situation better by making the customer happy but was instead I found myself in disbelief of their policy. If you find a hair in your food and want a refund you have to drive back to the business and bring the food back to get a refund, and this is the only option to get a refund. I drove back to the business because I was disgusted and wanted my money back. I tried to ask for compensation for my time for driving back to get cinnamon bites (which are $4.00) and they denied this. So ultimately, I have decided to write this review because it is well deserved.

Bone in Buffalo hot wings were really good, I asked for extra crispy. Not sure why they don’t have the 6/12/18 piece wings up on the menu board though. All they had were these “meal deals” with breadsticks and celery. The pictures on the menu didn’t even show sauced wings which is crazy not to advertise your best item. I guess people go there for chicken tenders even though it’s called epic wings?

I came to the Eastlake location on 8/26 @3:45 pm the employee was super rude . She got bothered because I asked for extra ranch . She did not greet me either . On my way to the car a noticed she did not give me my drink went back another rude girl no greet no sorry . Horrible customer service .

Decided to scratch my wing fix and stopped in for lunch. I ordered a six piece Lemon Pepper, and their Taco Tuesday special of 2 tacos for $6. The wings had good flavor and the tacos actually weren't bad. Will have to come see if they do any other kind of specials the rest of the week. The restaurant was clean and had a couple of TV's if you needed a less crowded wing place to watch some football this season.

Epic wings really has great food! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks & Epic fries. We ordered to go , the food was ready on time and all the food was delicious! The fries as really epic! This is one of my top Buffalo fries! Highly recommend trying out epic wings !

How can I make a complain about this location, manager on duty was extremely unprofessional telling me that it sucks they charged my card but it doesn't show in their system, so she wanted me to pay double the price to get my food. Why would I pay double on my end for your system's failure? I get you're a young manager or lead but you need to have better customer service then just telling me it sucks.Manager or lead on duty was Ariana.
