I can't explain to you how shocked I was when our local family recommended this place to us. When you first show up you see that the windows and glass door hasn't been cleaned in a long time. That's a scary sign, but it gets worse. Everything inside has a layer of dust on it except for the table tops and chairs which vary from greasy to sticky. I thought to myself that I shouldn't judge... They are a restaurant so maybe the food is amazing... I hate to say it, but this was by far the worse food I have ever eaten. I couldn't even pin point what was wrong with it. It was just all wrong! I ordered a carne asada burrito, which I figured someone in this area couldn't possibly get wrong, but I was very wrong. It smelled off and tasted sour somehow. I lost my appetite for the rest of the day. I waited a little while to leave the review because I didn't want to go off my initial reactions, but now that it has been 48 hours, I still feel the same way. Worse restaurant I have ever been in... Ever!

They have very good sized portions. Food is excellent. I had a cheese omelet had to bring at least half of it back with me. They are not afraid to fill their omelets as big as possible plus you get a choice of 2 sides.

Very noisy, very crowded, staff were very rushed. Food was very good for American comfort food but nothing special. No wheelchair access. Portions were large. Prices were not good considering the quality of the environment, service and food type. We could have eaten at Snooze AM for the same price with a much better atmosphere, service and food quality.

Servers are incompetent. You make a phone order and they tell you its ready in 25 minutes. So you show up after the designated time to pick up the food to reorder it again and wait for the food. This place is too hyped up. Food is not even that good.
