“Delicious neighborhood Sonora style hot dog cart. The guys working were so nice and friendly, the hot dogs were fresh, the bread was soft, plenty of toppings to choose from. It's right on El Cajon Blvd so the noise of the cars can get a little loud but it didn't deter me from enjoying my food. No credit card/debit card, they take Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and cash.“
“My daughter and I came to Pete to share a hot dog and a soda and he was so kind. My card was messed up and he was the most patient person ever with me. His generosity is unmatched and we really enjoyed our hot dogs. THANK YOU PETE WE WILL BE BACK SOON. Sorry we didn’t get a picture of our delicious food we ate it too fast lol.“

“After Gustave had catered an event at our preschool for the second time, he invited my colleagues and I to come by his new location in downtown, and we did! He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hotdogs, corn and fries. Let's not forget about the drinks from the Abbey and the sweet desert: churro with ice cream! The atmosphere was casual, festive with the strings of lights and the very recently installed inflatable penguin on the roof, that conveyed Holiday cheer! Thank you Gus for a delightful evening!“
“I went to the world beat center for an event and ran into Tamales Oaxaqueños while looking for something to eat. The tamales were really good I even took some home to share with the family. I totally recommend it, it's why these guys are well known all over the place 👌“
