I always go and everything is fine, but today I ordered to go and my order was wrong. I ordered a Soyvegan Burrito and when I opened it (I was already far) it had eggs and cheese. I didn’t eat today.

I recently visited La Fresheria and had a great experience. The food is delicious, well-balanced, and incredibly fresh—you can really taste the quality in every bite. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and satisfying without being too heavy.
The service was fast and very friendly. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and a special shoutout to Sandy, who was especially kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.
I would definitely recommend La Fresheria if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful food and excellent service!

I ordered a torta de lomo to go, and when I picked it up and opened it, I found that the avocado was black and clearly spoiled. This was very frustrating and gives the impression that to-go orders are not treated with the same care.
This is disrespectful. Customers pay for fresh, quality food, not ingredients that should never be served. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered at this location this morning and was completely underwhelmed again.Yes it was busy, but people who ordered after me got their entries before me. I was chaged extra for adding peanut butter to my acai bowl and didnt even get peanut butter. The other items were not worth th cost or wait either. The strawberry banana smoothie was light pink and watered down. I couldn't even get my reciept because the girl at the register cleared the screen before I had a chance to select an option. $50 down the drain. I ordered a chicken teriaki bowl when I got home I realized there was no chicken in the bowl. The employee did not seem too concerned when I called. The only thing that the manager offered to me was to drive back and get chicken. My other food would have been cold at that point. They could have at least offered a discount or free bowl for a future purchase. I will definitely think twice before I order from Fresheria again.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SHRIMP TORTA RECIPE, I’ve been going to fresheria for a year and that was my favorite food and they changed now it’s too salty and honestly just not great
