04.24 tried again today did was very good!Been coming here once or twice a month. Service had been much better in the past, food was wrong for two of us, fish was really undercooked and fishy tasting this time. Beautiful location and atmosphere, BUT:Prices up! food quality and service getting worse. Probably be a while before we come back.

I saw a lot of great reviews and I was very excited for The Galley. We (4) showed up at 12 and waited 45 minutes to be seated after we were told 20 minutes or less. We did not receive our food until 2:30. We ordered the children’s grilled cheese, clam chowder, fish and chips, and clams and mussels. Everything was lukewarm, the fish and chips was not good at all. The rest of the food was fine even though it wasn’t hot. Not worth the 2 and 1/2 hour wait and I should’ve left with the 3 other groups that left before us.

We enjoy the food, we are here on a regular basis, my biggest complaint is the men's restroom is filthy, I have let them know more than a few times, it's obvious that nobody cleans it or checks it throughout the evening, urine and trash all over the place, this is the way it is every time we are here.

Oh my God what a gem! Simply spectacular views of Chula Vista harbor and my shrimp cocktail was the BOM! I eat out a lot and this place is one of my faves! And prices are very good ! Will drive out of my way to come here

The service was cordial, and the atmosphere was OK. The restaurant smells more like a bar. We had the french toast, which really seemed to be bread dipped in whipped eggs and milk, and grilled in oil. It lacked sweetness and cinnamon. The eggs and bacon we ordered on the side were very good and fresh. Cracker Barrel does a better breakfast.
Had a great time! Came here to see Rons Garage Band and celebrate two birthdays. We ordered food and drinks. The galley is understaffed. It took an hour before we got our drinks and food! We ordered zucchini, wings, fries, potato skins and nachos. All were really good! Would definitely come back especially for the live music during happy hour. The sunsets are over the top beautiful!

Absolutely Loved The Fried Zucchini appetizer. Fish Tacos were excellent. Fried Fish were Excellent and Bacon, Avocado, Cheese Sandwich was delicious. So Bottom Line, We Truly Enjoyed Our Food!
