Terrible experience, customer service was extremely rude. Ordered drinks and a sandwich with soup, got my drinks and never my sandwich. When I asked they told me it was under a different name and that they already made it, not under my name. MIND YOU, they went back to their system to check if I really ordered it and when they saw i did they told me if they remake it, I would have to wait a long time (she said it very rude) never going again.

Food was good but the strawberry matcha wasn’t great. The ambiance is good but while outside I couldn’t get rid of all the flies eating at my food. Parking structure was terrible, wish I would of tried the banana coffee.

Cool spot for some trendy drinks and good food! The Reuben is great and so is the black sesame latte once you stir it haha.

I love this coffee shop — I stop by whenever I can.
They have awesome drink options, and the matcha is pretty good too. But honestly, I always come back for the grilled cheese with that amazing tomato soup.
The staff is super nice and they’re usually pretty quick, even when it gets crowded.

Second time visiting and the food (Chilaquiles Blancos) was very good. I did not have drinks, but my wife did (Banana Matcha) and she loved it.
THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS!

I live in Mission Valley and will drive down to Chula Vista at least once a week to come here.
Yes, there’s always a line out the door but that’s because they can only fit like four people in the shop at once. It moves quickly but I wouldn’t come here if you’re expecting to be in and out. There’s also only street parking but I’ve never had a problem finding a meter.
I come for the Tamago toast and the banana matcha latte. Both are so so so good. And the food is always stacked! I get two meals out of them. I’ve had the avocado toast, the lox, the Reuben, and the breakfast sandwich. Best food at any coffee shop in SD imo. Their drinks are also filled to the brim. They don’t skimp. It does get pricey, a sandwich and a drink easily comes out to $30. But I stay to work on my laptop and I like the vibes so it’s worth it. I own a brick and mortar too and understand how expensive having a business in SD is.
The staff is always so nice and friendly (Bella especially!) I do wish the fly swatters on the tables worked more often bcos the flies are constant if you have food out.
I think this is a great small business that’s doing their best to keep up with demand! They’re slammed for a reason. Highly recommend!
I love this coffee shop! It really has made my day! The lady Fernanda was so nice to me and my dog. She really made me feel welcomed and was happy with her great vibe! Thank you Fernanda! =)

Its small and crowded with no where to park. For a coffee and avocado toast it was going to be 27.00. Not even that great.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. There’s always people outside so I wanted to see the hype. I wasn’t disappointed!
I was between ordering the banana matcha and the strawberry. I went with the strawberry because looking at other people drinks, it seemed like the banana matcha didn’t have a lot of cream on top. Well, the Strawberry matcha was perfect for me. Not overly sweet, and I could actually taste the matcha and it wasn’t bitter, very smooth.
I also ordered the chilaquiles blancos and green goddess tuna sandwich to give a try, and food was delicious! Bonus points that on top of tasting good, presentation was lovely.
Staff was friendly and efficient also and I didn’t wait long for my order (Monday afternoon). Based on taste, quality, staff, presentation, it’s worth the price for me. I’d love to come back and try more. Support your local businesses on Third Avenue. :)
