Great American Cookies - Otay Ranch Town Center

I recently had a frustrating experience at a here. The server /kid did not greet us or ask if we had any questions. I've been to this plafe before and the portions are usually decent. This time, I ordered the smallest size, but the portion was tiny. I felt I overpaid, as I paid $20 for just a small scoop. Despite the poor service, I gave the server a 15% tip, which they did not deserve. I think he thought to deserve me less cause I said the smallest you have which is ridiculous serving size was awful — we come here so much I was with my three kids not even a thanks you.

This little spot is inside of the Otay ranch mall, and the ice cream and cookies are delicious.

Found hair underneath the icing of my cookie cake, very disgusting and unsanitary. Disappointed in this company. Never ordering here ever again.

Been coming here since it was nestle toll house. Mitch always provides us excellent customer service. I always order the Thai tea with boba and grab a cookie while I wait. This time I had the blueberry cookie and strawberry crinkle. I recommend both!

This is my favorite cookie shop! It's conveniently located in the Otay Ranch Mall just outside the food court next to the children's water fountain. Can't miss it.It's a busy shop, but worth the wait. The large cookies are awesome. Soft, scrumptious and fulfilling. I like the buy 5 get one free deal. The Double Dookies are good too. They are like cookie sandwiches with icing inside. Yum! Also, got a cookie cake for my work function. It was a huge hit at the office.

Had to get a last minute birthday cookie cake. Walked in at 10:15. By 11:30 the cake was fresh out of the oven, decorated, and ready to go. Thank you for helping me out of a bind Mitch! The cookies are also always good.

Went by tonight at 8:40 and they’re hours are posted that they close at 9pm online. Needs to be updated

Boba tea was really good! Make sure to try yours blended it did not disappoint!

The most delicious cookies with frosting!!

Shame. Came with my daughter - decided to go here instead of Handels. Daughter got a Rainbow Sherbet in a Cookie Cone. I asked for a Sandwich. Was told I could choose any 2 cookies. So I did - Brookies - but then was told ‘not those’. Key work here being ‘Any’. Oh well. As a point of principle I skipped mine. My daughter enjoyed her ice cream on her own. Thanks.

Very happy with my graduation cake! My only complaint is that I wish there was a Great American Cookie closer to me haha!

Ordered a birthday cookie at 1pm because the website said that they needed at least 2 hours. Nothing special..just Happy Birthday message. Got here at 3:30 and they said that they never got my order. Told me it would be done in 15 minutes. Still sitting here at 4:15.

What a great place!Sooo much better than the old nestle, better cookies, coffee, ice cream and vibe! I’d highly recommend coming here and treating yourself when you have a moment.Next time I’ll have to try the boba
