I feel super disappointed, sushi was not good, and I got a box and I didn't even get more sauce on the side for so much sushi.

They always take a while to get your order ready ALWAYS! But the wait is very worth it. I had originally came here for the pork katsu and curry which is really good. I tried their sushi for the first time last night and was seriously surprised, in a good way. I’ve tried several sushi places in the South Bay and this is some of the best. If you’re ever in the area and craving sushi you should try it! I recommend it.

Had such a blast with our box from Hako sushi box. We did our own box and they put it together beautifully for us! Decent value and the customer service was great when I went to pick up my order. Perfect for a game night with friends.
Since we had such a big order, we ordered ahead a few hours but it was ready right about when they said it was so I really appreciate that.
It’s inside of the sando shop! And the sando/katsu looked great also.

Really disappointing experience. Picked up one of the deluxe boxes with a couple rolls and requested a mix of sashimi, and ended up with rolls that had barely scraps of fish and too much rice.
My sashimi “mix” was literally only salmon, which was really disappointing and seemed extremely lazy. The salmon sashimi was also not great quality fish and wasn’t deboned properly. My California and dragon rolls were mainly imitation crab and rice, with barely any avocado, cucumber or even eel. Dragon rolls typically don’t even include imitation crab - just eel, so this is already pretty cheap on their part to only top the roll with eel, and only 3/6 of the rolls even had any.
I got takeout towards the end of the day, so I don’t know if they had run out of everything, but my order certainly felt like they haphazardly slapped it together and tried to save on food costs by skimping on the fish. Low quality fish, and they don’t even give you enough to make it feel worth your money. I won’t be returning here.

Great friendly service . The spam and egg was delicious and fairly priced.
Takeout only, but worth the while to call ahead and pick up. The fish is fresh and portions are generous, albeit served in a pizza box. It's a long wait if you don't call in ahead, so it's highly recommended to do so. Located in the Ichiban Sando, in case you have trouble finding it.
