Today we stopped by Handel’s Ice Cream in Otay Ranch 🍦. My daughter was so excited with her cone… but it slipped and fell 😢. As a dad, my first reaction was to correct her — but before I could, one of the staff members gently stepped in and gave her a brand new one, no questions asked 🙏.

Received some coupons and decided to give this place a try. Skeptical is an understatement, thinking this place is overly hyped and is probably expensive and not very good.

I couldn't be more mistaken. No frills place, very clean, great staff and portions are very generous.

Had a flight (4 different flavored scoops) and was blown away by the texture, the depth of flavor, the butter fat, and generous inclusions. I'll be back

Can anything make someone more happy than ice cream? I frequent this location quite often and let me tell you not only is the ice cream,milkshake’s and other desserts made with the best ingredients but also the employees are so kind and deliver me happiness whenever they hand me my treat.
