Happy Lemon Eastlake

They're understaffed, one person working at the cash register and switching back and forth between helping with drinks. This should not happen. When customers are waiting an average of 5 or more minutes just to speak to the cashier and order.... Something is wrong and needs to be corrected. Staffing. The entire process of walking in and ordering 2 drinks and walking out took nearly 20 minutes.

Good Drinks

When I'm in San Diego, I usually visit the Convoy location, but since I was in the area, tried the CV location out.

I ordered a large strawberry green tea with boba (subbed out lychee jelly).

Boba was cooked very well at this location. However, drinks took a super long time to come out for 3-4 people in front of us.

Open to trying this location out again!

Not too hard to find parking here. You can use your NorCal rewards car in Socal locations too!

I waited more than ten minutes for the boba and the employee did not tell me what I wanted. She used to tell me one minute and that minute became more than ten minutes.

The beverages are pretty good. The thing is whenever I go there’s a line of more than 30 minutes, there’s not enough staff, which makes the experience awful, for a wait of 30+ min i prefer to go somewhere else where the taste of the teas will also be as good.

I've had their drinks twice. I've had the strawberry shortcake, and mango matcha I believe it was... and they were delicious. I need to go back and try the waffles. The young men behind the counter made them sound awesome.

Expensive and they skimp on the boba. Go to sharetea down the street for better serving more variety.

The ginger drink was overwhelming sweeten and could not be adjustable.
