If there's one thing this place can do it's make a drink wrong even when the instructions are on the label. When you kindly ask them to fix it they look at you like you asked for their first born. This place is ran by lvl 30 ABGs that stare you down upon entering and stare harder for asking to fix a drink they messed up. Go to ShareTea or Vanitea for better service and drinks that don't taste like bath water.

Drinks were ok. Waffle was good, not wait 20 minutes good, but good. However the ambiance music was less than professional. Cursing, vulgar, with several children listening. Music referencing oral sex and just about every bad work I've ever heard in my lifetime. None of the workers seemed to care. I get it, most kids listen to this music on their own time, but to be blasting in any business with the exception of a strip club is unprofessional IMO. Not bringing my daughter back here.

Came here for boba after getting dinner nearby. I got the milk tea boba which was really good! We also shared a waffle, which was a bubble waffle. They do half and half flavors so we tried the original and oreo, with the puff cream on the side. Personally I liked the oreo better, it had more flavor. The puff cream was also unique, it was slightly salty which was a good contrast to all the sugar. The staff here were super nice and helpful. There is quite a few seats available to sit at. Unfortunately I did not see any outlets if you need to sit and charge while working.

I go to this place atleast 2-3 times a month and today I am very disappointed. This is how I got my waffle. I got told 20 mins then additional 15mins for this? Are you serious?

I've been here a couple of times now. I usually get the matcha latte with salted cheese 0% sugar and a cheese bubble waffle. I would recommend their salted cheese drinks. I wouldn't recommend the boba here (or any other happy lemon location) as it doesn't seem to be fresh. I'd still come back since I like my goto drink. Their drinks are super sweet so I recommend lowering the sugar level. Service is fine but parking is a pain sometimes.

I always get the A3 which is Oreo milk tea with puff cream and add boba. It is always made deliciously but what gets me is that it is always at least a 15 minute wait for every order. Today is NYE, making it not very busy. The music is also always very loud inside making it hard to speak with others and hear while taking orders.

This place was OK. The Boba was not fresh. It was hard in the middle but my drink was very lemony which I enjoyed. I got the green tea honey lemon with no sugar. Customer Service was good. I got greeted when I walked in but that's about it. There is a huge parking lot as this location is in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.
This is best store I've ever eaten lemonade. I love boba, too.

Horrible customer service. Waited for about 5-7 minutes in front of the line and no one even acknowledged my kids and I as they worked through all their online orders. Don't get me wrong - I recognize they were busy - but a simple "hello" or "I'll be with you in a just a few minutes" would have been nice. Won't be coming back here given there are a ton of other boba places in the area.
