I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well organized consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

Service was great and food was quick! But the Food was terrible. First I ordered the 1lb crawfish and sausage. Both parts were extremely chewy. I then ordered the 1lb shrimp, that was good. Then I ordered the blue crab and fries. That was just terrible. The breading was hard. When I decided to remove some of the breading the crab was chewy and the inside of the breading had a slime film. That was the dish that I really complained about because Frozen crawfish isn’t the same as fresh, and I knew that going in there. I am skeptical to try anything else on the menu due to the simple items being overall poor in quality. I hope someone else has a better food experience there but I will probably never dine there again.

We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.

OMG! This place is amazing. I am so glad I found this place on Hooked on Crab . I was planning a dinner date night for my bf and my anniversary and this place sure knew how to make us feel special. We had an early reservation as we were heading to Michael Hooked on Crab concert and got to the restaurant around 5:15 pm. As we sat down, the waiter served us Hooked on Crab champagne - yum!

Flavorful, rich mains and savory apps, with attentive friendly service. Scallops were delicious, crisply seared while moist and plays well with pesto. Ordered the snow crab, shrimp, and potatoes in the cajun butter garlic sauce. The little had the chicken fingers and fries. Everything was good. The crab was juicy. We will be visiting again.

I have been there twice. The first time, the service and food were great, however the second time, both the service and food weren't good. The server(Jay) was always chatting with his co-workers and he didn't get my attention so I had to ask other server. It seemed like every servers didn't want to work the day so they were chatting a lot. Only one guy was working a lot and cleaning the tables by himself while others weren't doing anything. The food we ordered were Fish Tacos and Shrimps. The fish was so thin compare to last time and Shrimps didn't have enough sauce. After all, we didn't satisfied this time.
This place was fun and delicious. A little messy, haha but the food and sincere service are much appreciated and the waitresses were awesome. Food perfectly prepared and fresh. Eastern Chula Vista is really coming up with some excellent restaurants and this is another gem.

I had family in town from Hawaii. They loved this place so much we went twice this weekend. Raquel was our server both nights and she was the best. Been here several times now and have always had terrific a meal/experience.

First time here tonight and we ordered 3 lbs of king crap legs and 2 lbs of shrimp with the sausage potatoes and corn. The potato was not cooked all the way and was a little on the hard side but still good the corn was great I didn't care much for the sausage I usually really like that part but here I didn't care for the taste just my personal opinion. I got the medium sauce which was even a little bit hot for me next time I would get mild my son got fire and said it was too spicy but his wife and their friend loved it so all personnel preferences. I recommend getting a sample first see what works best for you. The other point to make here is kind of expensive my bill was 200 and my sons was 130 we had seven in our party that's about 47 bucks per person. The service was good I like the thick double bag they do here and the gloves and bibs are nice also. We were seated fast and only had to wait about 5 min. After dinner there is a nice coy pond in the courtyard to check out so all in all not to bad.

I don't get easily pissed-off by food establishments when they give shitty customer service. But this one is different. My wife and I planned to have a dinner at this place, and bring along with us our visitors from overseas. When we walked-in to the restaurant, there weren't many customers at that time. We sat athe place the receptionist brought us, looked at the menu and decided on what to order. We waited for the server to take our order. There was an older lady, part of the staff, tending to the other table. Then there were three other guys staff just shooting s*** and chatting with each other. So we just waited some more. The older lady finished tending on the other table. Still, the other staffs chatting and giggling like we weren't there. So we waited some more. This was 10 minutes past, all the customers are already situated, no more coming in. 20 minutes after we came in, the lady staff was just lally gagging and avoiding to make eye contact with us. She approached one of the other staff who's shooting s*** with other staff, and told him to take our order. The guy initially refused and denied our table was his responsibility. The lady staff told him "I gave it it to you." Then the guy hesitantly approached us and sarcastically asked if we've been waiting for awhile. I just blew up on him for the way they made us wait, ignoring us, and refusing to step up to tend to customers who are doing business with them. We left the place after they ignored us, and made us wait for so long. It was such a horrible customer experience they gave us and my guests that night. We will certainly never go back to this crappy place. You should rename your place "Hooked on Crap" for the crappy way you treated me, my family, and my guests on the night of Oct 9, 2019. If this is the way you are treating some customers who come to your restaurant, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you go out of business.
