Lizeth gave absolutely amazing service! I hobbled in with a boot on my foot, and when she noticed she asked what my order number was and offered to take our food directly to our table! Friendly smile, aware of the floor and what needed to be cleared, and very efficient. I’ve been to a lot of In-n-outs, but I don’t think I’ve been treated with greater hospitality than today. Good work Liz!

Sat in line for 45 minutes just to get home and realize they messed my order completely up. I asked for two doubles with no cheese twice but they are so focused on pushing people through they weren’t paying attention. Food was cold and hard. Won’t be going back
