Themed decorations are neat. Service is excellent and sometimes memorable even. The food slaps and the kitchen is really flexible in taking custom combinations or special orders. Came through during work over a month, in the third week and been twice already. That is saying something with all the options.

The manager, Lisa, really helped us with one of our party's member's food allergies, helping to accommodate and modify menu items, checking ingredients, etc. She went above and beyond!

The food was good, service was fast, restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Social distancing and mask wearing is encouraged. Guests check in outside and wait for their table.

Visit in July 2022: masks no longer encouraged.

My family and me, have been coming to this Islands for a long time, we love the tortilla soup ?, the nachos and spinach dip, the refreshments, especially the mango beverage also one of the best dessert ? brownie cake with vanilla ice-cream on top of it...awesome.
But today, I want to give a special thanks to our waiter Makala...the best server I've encountered in this facility, and also a thanks to the manager Fely. Makala, thank you very much for your exelent service provided and the awesome attitude, I hope that corporate read this and gives you recognition for your superb customer skills...you are a Dimond in the ruff.

Misha is THE BEST waitress! She’s so friendly and made for an awesome dining experience. We went the extra miles for our table. Islands is so lucky to have her. This girl deserves a raise! Next time we come back in, we’re asking for her! Keep it up Misha!!!

First time customer, I ordered the Pipeline burger. It had about 1 tablespoon chili and no cheese. I didn't notice the cheese till later, but was disappointed about how little chili was on the burger. It wasn't seasoned. Last time I will go there.

My sister and I visited your restaurant on Friday night and were seated at a booth. We waited and waited and watched servers go by and no one ever came. We were never acknowledged. So we got up and left. This is the reason for the 1 star. It's a shame, we were looking forward to relaxing with some margaritas and chips and salsa after a very stressful week but we never received any service.

Everything we ordered was delivered quickly and was delicious.
