This is perfectly located and close to many walkable shopping locations. The service was friendly and fast. The food came out hot and delicious. This place is small. It can acomódate groups of 4. The only negative is this location feels rundown and old. It was clean but many of the chairs had rust and the wood venir was peeling off and had mis match chairs. I will recommend this location and will be coming here again. Owners please give this location some love and update the furniture. Thank you.

I left hungry, they didn't serve me, only 2 cars in front of me.
I've been going there at late night a few times just to find my food colder than my frigerator and I'm not talking about ice cream I'm talking about hot foods and I report it to the manager just to get the manager upset with me for reporting it and when I order my food I check it and found out it was wrong so I took it back and I screwed it up again I took it back and I screwed it up again three times in a row these people don't know what they're doing and they're leaving food out on the corner because I just got sick and diarrhea from eating their food I will never go to this restaurant again I try to ask you the manager was and they won't tell me they say they are everyone's a manager there they won't tell me who the owner is or what the corporate number is I can't seem to get any information from them and they didn't screw up my order just one time when I went in there like that they've done it three times these people are incompetent and just shoving food out so they can move it fast or leaving it on the counter I think because it's cold they're leaving their food out too long before they start it to their customers I believe.

This is one of the worst places to order food. The drive through speaker never works. There is a cashier named Paulina that is extremely rude she has no manners and poor qualities. She slams the drive thru window every time she has to step away for something. There was an inconvenience when I was trying to Place my order because the speaker was not working so the lady who first started taking my order couldn’t hear me. Then this Paulina person steps un to take my order with an attitude I told her to please not speak to me the way she did. She told me if I didn’t like it to leave her drive thru. Excuse me but if it wasn’t for us customers she wouldn’t have a job. I have never received such bad customer service. Jack in the box you need to do better and hire people with manners and respect.
they gave me a coffee with spoiled milk, when i talked to the manager she tried to gaslight me saying it wasn’t coffee they gave me but milk tea and that’s why it tasted different (even if it was it was still spoiled, you can’t get that taste wrong) 0 customer service didn’t even apologize for their mistake and food safety issue

This Jack in the Box is small but there are a few tables to sit at comfortably inside and outside, although lately it's been cold and windy in the evenings. They are very fast and kind. I really appreciate it when I need a quick bite to eat!
I asked for the sourdough breakfast sandwich. They had no idea what it was at the drive-through. I was told that all the sourdough sandwiches offered for breakfast contain bacon. I ordered a sourdough jack instead. The bread was not toasted at all and half the bread was soaked in a butter substance and the other half was dry. I won't be going back to this location again.
