I had a really disappointing experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru at night recently. My boyfriend and I ordered about five or six items, and everything seemed correct on the screen when we placed the order. However, when we picked up our food, we only got one single item after a really long wait. We realized this after leaving, so we had to return.

Because it was nighttime, the lobby was closed, so we knocked on the door rather than waiting through the long drive-thru line again. The same employee who gave us our food answered and told us we were “rude” for not going back through the drive-thru. We explained we just needed our correct order and even showed the receipt, but he made us wait another 20 minutes and then basically ignored us. We never got a refund or the rest of our food. He just stayed on his phone and wouldn’t respond.

Overall, it was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience at night, and I hope management can address it for future customers.

I just went through drive through I ordered 1 jr chicken sandwich 1 jr jumbo jack 1 chicken strip meal and 1 large French fries and 6 tacos I paid $30 dollars food was so disgusting 🤢 I asked for everything fresh and crispy French fries and I did not get that all I got was stale food when I called to complain they never answered the phone they need more responsable workers and not workers that are just standing around talking to each other and to top it off I asked for my combo large and got regular size I’m very disappointed i threw all the food away cause my kids didn’t even wanna eat it because how disgusting the food was

We waited for over an hour for our food even though I ordered in advance. You would think the food would be hot? Maybe even warm? no everything from the fries, burger and chicken was cold and stale! Ridiculous and unacceptable. Corporate needs to fire the manager and retrain the staff that’ll solve the problem immediately.

Most people who put a good review is because they are friends of the employees. This place is disgusting, they don't even use gloves, leaders use there phone while making a hamburger. They don't even check in what is past due, the coffee is always bad because they don't use new coffee, listen to the reviews that are one star. I agree with the other customer that he got sick from here. If they do that when people don't see I can't imagine what they can do if employees get upset with customers.

Inaccurate order I placed an online order through the app today around 8:28am to pick up today got 2 orders of the tacos and 2 orders of the 2 for 5 croissants and got only 2 crossaints im already too far to go back they ruined my breakfast never coming back 👎👎
