Its a coin flip whether or not they are even open. I've never had issues with any jack in the box, really, but after the umpteenth time of seeing cars ahead of me being served while simultaneously being told their system is "down" i finally had to leave a review. Just go to H street. The food service and atmosphere are always 10/10.

I ordered the breakfast platter (among a breakfast sandwich & hash brown) which comes with the French toast, hash brown, eggs, and bacon. I open my bag and find out I only received the French toast sticks, not the platter. I got a $5 uber cash but that wonât fix the problem that I spent almost $30 (with taxes, fees, and tip) for my food to be delivered and itâs not even right. If they somehow ran out of eggs & bacon, then maybe my driver shouldâve been told that so they could ask if I wanted a refund. Itâs such a simple order and it got messed up. Whoever packaged this needs to look more closely at orders so this doesnât happen to others. Thanks!

With a food delivery driver. Waited way to long. One of the drivers order ended up getting canceled because they didn't want to make it. The other 2 orders had items missing and wrong drink. On top of all that it took us 40 minutes just to ge the ordering window Then almost 30 minutes just to get the food.
