The night time workers are extremely rude, I got out of a long shift and stopped here on the way home. And I will never stop here again, I have never felt so disrespected by the way I was talked to. I told them I actually didn’t want anything that their customer service was the worst ever and they proceeded to take over 30 minutes to get the two cars ahead of me out of the way. I will be reporting to corporate the night time workers

Not 24hrs
On the Jack in the Box App, I ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5 x 2. I should’ve got 4 Jumbo Jacks.
When I got home there was only 2 Jumbo Jacks in the bag. I tried to call to let them know about my order but I only got a full voice mailbox, so I couldn’t leave a message…😑
I went back to Jack in the Box and they gladly fixed my order and gave me a free drink and small fries! Thanks 👍😋

This happened December 5, 2024 at 2:40 am . Veronica was extremely rude and aggressive (might not be her real name but she was the only worker there supposedly and that's the name she provided). She was hostile and threatening, after i waited at the intercom for 10 minutes she did not come to the window until I honked. She then immediately proceeded to say "I was in the bathroom, can I not go to the bathroom?" Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive. I then ask what her name was and that's when she yells "Veronica why?! We only accept cash okay BYE." . Those were the only words exchanged and Based on that let me know this person was not someone who should be trusted alone with my food, let alone trusted alone with the store. As someone who's worked in food service for many years pulling 12+ hour shifts until 4 am, this behavior is absolutely unacceptable & unnecessary. I, myself had just got off a 10 hour shift. I did not get food here and enjoyed food elsewhere. Do not go to this location unless you want to deal with unprofessional employees who are ungrateful for having a job. Very disappointing and will be contacting higher management since the interaction was extremely combative and would hate for anyone else to have to interact with a worker or person like that.

Jack in the box is, I think, getting better fair. The hamburgers are aplenty and would you believe delicious? I didn't believe it either,
but there it is. Jack, keep it up. I am impressed.

I guess don't have the munchies at night because the fries were made in the afternoon. Stale fries taste like they've been cooked in the morning so they can keep up with the dinner rush
