They gave me a different munchie meal (you guys seriously need to change the names of your food if you are going to get confused) The drink it had bad taste i didn’t taste like coke at all… And slow servicee

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 months and every time the staff acts like I’m bothering them when ordering or asking for condiments. This morning my food was clearly prepared hours before I ordered it. Fries and chicken patty were stale. Homeless people always lingering around the front entrance. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else!

Ive been here several times and they consistently get my order wrong. This isnt the 1st time, they forgot basically my entire order. Food tastes not fresh at all and cold. Ima just stick to going to the jack in the box on 3rd at this point, they actually get my orders right AND freshly made.

I really like the food of jack in the Box, I tend to order using the touchscreen because you can see all the things they have in the menu and you have the option to pay with 💳 or using 💵, as always thanks for keeping the tacos cheap 🙏

I have gone to this Jack in the box about five times and each and every time they've got my order wrong but the thing that got me the most was today they had me go and park in the front so they can bring my food out to me and they had me waiting for over 15 20 minutes people that had pulled up 5 minutes ,after I had gotten there we're getting their food I had to go inside, in order to get my food... Not very happy at all the worst service I've ever experienced
Request no pickles on my daughter’s kids meal and it had pickles. I repeated myself twice on the speaker box. She sounded busy talking to someone else. I also ordered a chicken sandwich for me easy mayo and it had the special sticker but it had a lot of mayo. I understand that we have to multitask, but if we aren’t able to do that please stick to one position. Greatly appreciated.

I went there before 10pm through the drive thru and the manager and the male worker working at window at 9:45pm on 03/18/25 were super rude and didn't even give the correct order. I had to drove back and luckily this lovely lady changed me the burger.

Well, starting when you entered, you could hear someone arguing, there were 2 elderly ladies with the cashier, since he didn't want to serve them, he told them to serve themselves at the kiosk, because they have an arrogant mind. Then he tells me, you are going to order something, there is the screen, you can help yourself. I take it lightly, take my order and pay and wait at the table with my father. When they called me they had me. Put the takeaway first mistake. I told him that it was to eat there, he had the hamburgers on the tray. I stay silent, I leave when I get to the table, I give my dad his food and he tells him that he asked for curly potatoes and those weren't those. Photo annex The potatoes seemed like waste. Burned. And revolts. Pure piece of shit was able to talk to the manager who tells me that he doesn't have time, I get up already annoyed by having the tray in the bar area. And I tell him I asked you for potatoes. No piece of shit tells me those are your parents. That's curly fries to which I say no at all. I ask you to give me some new ones. And he hands them to me. I start eating shortly after eating the burgers. And potatoes. My stomach starts to feel bad and I vomit in the bathroom. Of them. To which I leave the place. Terrible attention, pressure, terrible service, poor manager, food in poor condition, I went to the medical services. And they told me that I had an infection from having ingested it. Possible spoiled meat. This was on Saturday at 8:30 am. Approximately.
