I went there before 10pm through the drive thru and the manager and the male worker working at window at 9:45pm on 03/18/25 were super rude and didn't even give the correct order. I had to drove back and luckily this lovely lady changed me the burger.

Well, starting when you entered, you could hear someone arguing, there were 2 elderly ladies with the cashier, since he didn't want to serve them, he told them to serve themselves at the kiosk, because they have an arrogant mind. Then he tells me, you are going to order something, there is the screen, you can help yourself. I take it lightly, take my order and pay and wait at the table with my father. When they called me they had me. Put the takeaway first mistake. I told him that it was to eat there, he had the hamburgers on the tray. I stay silent, I leave when I get to the table, I give my dad his food and he tells him that he asked for curly potatoes and those weren't those. Photo annex The potatoes seemed like waste. Burned. And revolts. Pure piece of shit was able to talk to the manager who tells me that he doesn't have time, I get up already annoyed by having the tray in the bar area. And I tell him I asked you for potatoes. No piece of shit tells me those are your parents. That's curly fries to which I say no at all. I ask you to give me some new ones. And he hands them to me. I start eating shortly after eating the burgers. And potatoes. My stomach starts to feel bad and I vomit in the bathroom. Of them. To which I leave the place. Terrible attention, pressure, terrible service, poor manager, food in poor condition, I went to the medical services. And they told me that I had an infection from having ingested it. Possible spoiled meat. This was on Saturday at 8:30 am. Approximately.

One of the best Jack so far, for food, and atmosphere.
11:20 p.m. this location is so damn slow. They tell me to hold on for damn near 15 minutes at the speaker where you order. Still took another 15 minutes to give me my food.. that's not counting the other 20 minutes I had to wait for the two people that were in front of me to place their order and get their food. Only to drive up to the window and hear everybody inside just goofing around and partying instead of doing their job. So now I got to be late from lunch because a bunch of kids wanted to goof around instead of doing their job

Usually great garden salada and service. But today the salad was wilted and brown. When I tried to call- as usual, no answer. What a disappointment. Not only that my coffee was burnt- I asked for Splenda & received white sugar. That's the 2nd time it's happened. My croissant sandwich was stale & falling apart. So sad- I used to love going here. Tried to call again and no answer.

I got the double bonus jack combo and of course (not as pictured) it had very little shredded lettuce (I LOVE LETTUCE 😁, hence my disappointment)
