I have had many messed up orders. Even today they messed up my two taco with extra lettuce and hot sauce. When I receive my order, it was literally just meat inside the crispy taco so I had to turn back around. When I did, I asked for my receipt and I was just met with oh they accidentally threw it away and their machine was broken so the can’t print it again. I hate that the absolute worst location is the only one near me. If can go to other locations before this one please do.

Food is good and really fast. I ASKED FOR A Fountain drink cup and lied saying they were out, even though there was a good stack of Fountain drink cups just sitting in the racks even though other customers were getting there drinks even after I asked 3 times for a drink while other people order there food and thier drinks.

What the hell is up with the 2 locations in East of Chula Vista. This one had a sign on the drive thru that said they were on break short staff. And then today have no tacos and order was wrong. Just close them all down since they cant get it together.
Ordered via mobile, but when I arrived my order wasn’t ready due to items not being available. There were only 2 other parties in the restaurant, but the place was filthy. Dirty tables and the restroom appeared 3rd world (see photos). They seemed to be incredibly slow. I asked for a cup for water and the worker went around the corner and just stood there. When I went around the corner to get a view of him, he saw me checking and finally grabbed a cup for me.

We visited on 8/16/25. We order at 7:27 Pm or first order. We placed a second one at 7:36 pm. It took more than 20 mins to get the first order. They call us to give us the second order first. And I ask fot the first one and they said I'm sorry its already ready they gave me my order. But when I went to my table I noticed they forgot to give 2 tacos. Which I ask them and said Im sorry and gave me my tacos. There were not a lot of people dining in. I don't know why they took a lot of time to get our order. There was a women who was there first and she order french fries and ask them she was missing frÃes. It only contain a few french frÃes. They also apologize saying she had to wait for new frÃes. I don't know if the employees were new or not.

Pathetic incompetence really, after placing a Mobil order for 2 milkshakes and waiting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes only to be told that the ice cream machine was not working, in Total 25 minutes just so I could get my purchase refunded and the week before we also waited 15 minutes at that drive thru and on both occasions I only had 2 🚗 in front us… i doubt that this restaurant is not on the chopping block..
