Pathetic incompetence really, after placing a Mobil order for 2 milkshakes and waiting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes only to be told that the ice cream machine was not working, in Total 25 minutes just so I could get my purchase refunded and the week before we also waited 15 minutes at that drive thru and on both occasions I only had 2 🚗 in front us… i doubt that this restaurant is not on the chopping block..

Seems every time I come to this jacks they're missing something. I ordered via mobile today and had selected another location but my birria tacos were removed at checkout since unavailable. Wanted them so changed to this location and checkout was smooth. In the drive thru they told me they didn't have them here either and substituted with standard. Server was nice, apologetic, and friendly. Was hugely disappointed in the $10 bacon ultimate cb. BKs bacon king is way better for the same price.

For more than I can remember I have been coming to this Jack in the Box since 2 tacos were 99 cents. Now, although it might be 2 tacos for $ 1.25, this restaurant still brings back plenty of fond memories.

So apparently even if you order BEFORE a family orders for 20 people, they don't take care of your order until they finish the family order FIRST, so I waited for 30 minutes for my cold order, which I still had to go to the counter and ask for.

These guys take FOREVER to make some simple orders even when they're not busy they take forever. No paper towels in the bathrooms ever. The taco shop and every other food spot in this plaza is faster then these clowns
