So apparently even if you order BEFORE a family orders for 20 people, they don't take care of your order until they finish the family order FIRST, so I waited for 30 minutes for my cold order, which I still had to go to the counter and ask for.

These guys take FOREVER to make some simple orders even when they're not busy they take forever. No paper towels in the bathrooms ever. The taco shop and every other food spot in this plaza is faster then these clowns

Went thru the drive thru. Good thing I am learning to check the bag to make sure everything I ordered was there. Well it wasn't, so I had to go into the store and get it straightened out.
It’s a jack in the box, nothing special about it, good place to get food cheap and in a hurry. I don’t believe they accept the jack in the box app because when I tried it didn’t work, but don’t press me on that if I’m wrong. Overall, just stop by if you’re feeling like jack in the box or something greasy. Don’t expect a five star experience

I went there this morning at 9:39 I walked in there was nobody in the Drive-Thru nobody even knowledge that I was there they were too busy conversating about their personal life they forgot they were working so I just walked out I guess customers are not important anymore keep up the good work if that's what you call work and management you can look at your cameras 9:39 a.m. you got lazy people working for you
