DIRTY, I went in today to pick a mobile order I placed, went to use their bathroom upon arriving , their faucet seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, you could see pubic hair and all kinds of spit ranging color yellow green god knows what, there were lots of grime too all over the floor etc . 🤢 Their food and costumer service leaves a lot to be desired as well

I love Jack in the Box, but to be honest, this location isn’t where I want to eat. First of all, you have to order everything from a tablet, and the staff seems reluctant to interact with customers. It feels like they were instructed not to engage with clients. The atmosphere is quite unwelcoming, and to top it off, I ended up with an upset stomach after eating there.

I waited in the drive through at the window for about 10 mins before he even took my order. after he took my very small order of 2 tacos I waited about another 10 to 15 mins and the service was very slow. for reference it was a wensday at 3 30 and I was the only person there. when I pulled up to the window there were 2 employees making out which is very unsanitary and makes me concerned for what else might be happening in there

Drive thru has horrible customer service. I just had a bad experience on a lunch rush hour when they just want to park you in the front so there clock that it's timing them foe each order goes fast. Last time I waited foe over 15 mn for my food. I have my right not to park my car. Sorry language spoke to me by the guy on drive thru window.
