They're always nice. But like most fast food places, sometimes I get the wrong things when I order. If it didn't cost extra, I wouldn't mind. But you know?, if I'm paying close to $25 for a large meal. Other than that nice people and good food.

The Service staff ⚕️ is able to perform, I always appreciate when someone or something has the ability to operate a accurate performance and at Jack's they seem as if they can get their processes completed as far as provision of physical activities is concerned ???????? .Kid-friendliness: They let me sit and study my phone and life ? ? and I could use all the power for my technologies as long as they are open, I think that is very nice and friendly and when my online payment wouldn't work a super skilled staff ⚕️ helped me make a order thru their online account.

Don't order the egg roll, the one I received yesterday was a hollow dehydrated husk. The rest of the food was garbage and I went around noon on a Saturday, prime time, should have been decent.

This is the slowest jack in history!! Not just one time, but constantly. Been in line with the same amount of cars with me for 15min. And I mean the same amount of cars. We haven’t moved. I don’t know why this location is so slow but the better figure it out

Got yelled at by the lady who took my order. I couldn't understand her and I asked her politely to repeat what she said, she was not happy at all.
usually a really nice place if you want something fast and still nice, even if its not the greatest. however, last night after working a long shift, i ordered a sourdough jack, and when i got home, found this. of course i still ate it, but i just wish they put .5% more effort into the food they give to people to eat. like huh? they have really good curly fries, and i know this is literally fast food, but this was just sad. ill still go to this location, but please do better ? PS no it wasnt busy

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Employees literally give ZERO Fs at this place. Playing on their phones, talking amongst themselves while ignoring patrons in from of them. I mean it’s fast food I get it, but at least do the bare minimum of what’s required while on the job.
