I was the only one in the store and it took at least 10 minutes to take my order. They were all focused on the drive thru orders. Finally someone took my order and then the person behind me got his order before mine. Their people skills need a great improvement.

Even though San Diego is my husband's home, we were here visiting due to a family member's health crisis. We were staying nearby with family. I love ❤️ Jamba juice and have been drinking them for years. This one was close and perfect because it' has a drive-thru. What made the experience special was the cordial and respectful customer service we received at the drive-thru. Not only was the young man taking our order friendly, he was respectful. As we drove up and arrived to the window, we wondered who he was ?. I asked him his name, if he was from SD and complemented him on his service. His name was "Joaquin Nichols." We wondered why our order took longer. We realized it was due to our request for Pineapple sherbert to be added. He personally remade our drinks after he noticed it wasn't sufficient. It was delicious! Thanks for your awesome service and you are an asset to this location Joaquin!!!

This is the worse drive thru. I've lived in Eastlake for about 2 years and nothing has changed with how bad and tortoise slow this service is.
