Today was the first time my service and product was not satisfactory. I paid about $12.50 for a small Açaí bowl with peanut butter and added energy boost. It was soupy, no peanut butter and I doubt the energy boost. She was giving a 20% tip also( total $15.59) I am very disappointed. We all know we would like to get what we pay for.

Nice staff. However the low rating is for the Acai bowl. It tastes like blended strawberries and blueberries. No acai flavor whatsoever which is a rip off for $12

I recently just went to Jamba and blown away at even more pricier now while the cups have drastically shrunken. Before, I could justify spending to treat myself at Jamba Juice because of the size of the large cup. I felt like I got my money's worth. Not now. The large Jamba Juice cup is a medium cup. Not worth it anymore for me. They don't offer free boosters anymore. You have to ask for it. And then workers want tips too, of course.

Everytime I come and buy a smoothie it’s never filled to the very top. It’s really a rip off when prices are going up and we get less in our cups we purchased. Maybe they should train their employees to fill the cups all the way to the lid.

Haven’t been to Jamba in awhile but I had to return to try their new plant based menu. There menu has definitely progressed and changed over time, no longer offering mango a go go. However The watermelon breeze and smooth talkin mango (with extra mangoes) are delicious and extremely refreshing plus an excellent alternative. Clean location, great customer service yet a little slow. But overall good friendly, outgoing staff. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Make sure to download the app to accumulate points for $$$ off. Will return in the future
