The manager was in competent and would not honor a 5$ gift card bc of appissue on their part that was clearlyvalid. Went to another Jamba location and the manager there honored the 5$

.Love Jamba Juice but haven't treated myself to Jamba Juice for a good long while because it has always been pricey. I recently just went to Jamba and blown away at even more pricier now while the cups have drastically shrunken. Before, I could justify spending to treat myself at Jamba Juice because of the size of the large cup. I felt like I got my money's worth. Not now. The large Jamba Juice cup is a medium cup. Not worth it anymore for me. They don't offer free boosters anymore. You have to ask for it. And then workers want tips too, of course.

I have been here a million times and each time I come I never. Have a bad time I sometimes make small talk when my drink is getting made the team members are 100 friendly and kind. And does not try to rush you the drinks are good food I have not had it yet so 5

Everytime I come and buy a smoothie it’s never filled to the very top. It’s really a rip off when prices are going up and we get less in our cups we purchased. Maybe they should train their employees to fill the cups all the way to the lid.

Very rude reception as soon as I walked in, the clerk a young woman told me there's a 45 min wait without even saying welcome. What kind of service are you providing. Never coming here AGAIN and I will spread the word.
Just stopped by for an açaí bowl and a freshly squeezed carrot and orange juice that they did not have. They didn't have any fresh juices available for purchase. Which was such a shame because my partner was craving something healthy and not thick like a smoothie. The two stars is for the açaí bowl which was delicious.

Jamba juice is crazy expensive and not very good for people on diets. (Not saying i'm on A diet.) Smoothies are $7 for a small and the new pumpkin smoothie is almost $9 for a large!!!!!!! Some of these smoothies are like 800 calories with loads and loads of sugar. And sometimes these smoothies aren't even that good or fresh.
