This place hires a bunch of kids who don’t care for the customer. I order online for pick up arrived at the store about 15min later to pick to the food. Once I got there and informed them of my pick up order, the people who got there to order in store after me got their food before me. It wasn’t until I asked about my food that I realized my sandwiches had been sitting on the counter for over 10 min and they just didn’t hand them to me. So rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. I’m upset that I had tipped them too.

Worse jersey mikes! Do not go here. Horrible service and are so rude.

I went in to have a sandwich made and when it was done instead of being charged for it right after it was made (as should) and getting on with my day I had to waste my time and wait as the worker there decided to go and help another costumer right after making my sandwich. Im confused cuz last I checked you finish with your initial client before moving on, I only have som much time in my day and wasting it is nothing I care for. This was around 7pm at the Eastlake location

I normally don't review fast food places but I think I need to give this location a shout out. The 3 young men working were having fun but being professional. They actually smiled and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They called my wife "miss" and laughed as the background music played old "funk"... Like the gap band, etc.The food was on point and served quick. I have no complaints. I just wanted to give this location and these young guys a huge thumbs up. When people see you enjoy your job and you provide great service, it makes the customer really enjoy the visit.Thanks guys!

Manager has a cruddy attitude. Especially when it’s busy or she’s training a new employee. Perfect for the DMV.

Save yourself the frustration and go to the one on Birch. This place is disorganized and they do not know how to process orders in sequential order. Order was placed in advance and I stood there while customer after customer got their food. No apologies, didnt even care. If I didnt say anything I’m probably still there. Horrible service. Never again!

Lady I guess in charged with all the worker are constantly stress all the orders. , shes rude , yelling continues.!This place are stressful to order!!!

Ordered through door dash, one item was missing. The second item had extra cheese added but it melted out of the sandwich and stuck to the paper it was wrapped in.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff with over 6 people in line. I ordered for my parent they got the order correct, my parents are just picky. I will visit the Otay Lakes location again, thanks.

Bad service. Before we ordered the employee told us that they were closing in five minutes. I put in two orders and he only made one sandwich which he didn’t even heat it up because he said they Don’t use it after 8:00 pm which I find hard to believe, that’s an hour before closing! The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. Not coming back to this place.
