I came into jersey mike on broadway this morning and I walk in to the most gloomy place I've ever been. The lady helping assuming the manager barely acknowledged me and was very rude. It was really slow so im confused on what the issue was. She seemed to be annoyed at me being there (i was the ONLY person in the store). I normally go to the jersey Mike's in IB so I'm not use to the lack of kindness and respect while buying a sandwich. Will be sticking to the one in IB for sure .

To be honest, this location is way more better than the one closer to my house in Dennery! My wife and I prefer coming to this location due to staff being really nice and treating their customers right! And fast they were and especially getting our orders right!

This place is very clean and the employees were very respectful. They made our sandwiches the way we like them. The quality of the food was good. It was quite busy. Will return for the best sandwiches in town.

The food is good.
Staff is horribly slow. Took me them 30 minutes to get my sandwich ready. Only go here if you have NOTHING to do the rest of the day.

I tried jersey Mike's for the first time yesterday and I loveed it! I will be back for more for sure 🙌🏽 it was tasty and the staff was courteous , honestly surprised rating is only 3 stars . I give them 5! 😊
