After 15 minutes into eating my food, they cranked A/C to freeze me out.
I'm curious as to why. They do it every day. I buy a sub every day.

Disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's today. The customer service was lacking - the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly. But the real letdown was the food quality. My sub was made incorrectly and the meat was dry and tasteless. The 'freshly sliced' meats they claim to use didn't live up to the promise. For a place that prides itself on quality, I was expecting much better. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Costumer service goes above and beyond. The food is fresh and made in front of you. The decor is very vintage.

This location is a joke. It took three employees to build some mini sandwiches for their female patrons. However I was ignored for eight minutes upon placing my order I was additionally skipped in line by someone who came in five minutes after I did .. I believe it was because they are homophobic, and I was being discriminated because I was there with my husband. I will never visit the store again very disrespectful non-courteous to the LGBTQIA customers! Shame On Them!

Yeiiiiiiii!!!!! Amo a Jersey Mike’s peroooooo a veces es bueno y a veces no.Today…they nailed it. Those girls and the one quiet dude are the dream team. They still learning but wow!!! They did an amazing job and I can’t wait to come back.

this was my first time visiting Jersey Mike I had a Philly steak it was outstanding and the people that work there was very very nice. Definitely will be returning.

After eating here for many years, I am sad to say they have lost a customer. I order 2 sandwiches ,totaling 35 dollars after tax and delivery, from the jersey mikes app. I specified how I wanted the sandwich and what toppings. Both sandwiches came incorrect. 1 had mayo when specified no mayo....and the other was without CPR when it was requested. I called the store and spoke with Latrel who refused to issue a refund for the $16 giant #8 that was without CPR. (Which for me makes the sandwhich) You can't deliver someone's food INCORRECTLY and then not refund them. So you can keep the 1500 loyalty points and lose a loyal customer. I' ll be getting my money back thru my banks buyer protection and they can come deal with you for it...and you forgot the napkins....

The store had 5 employees all standing waiting to do the job on the assembly line. 5 employees making $15 bucks an hour...at a sandwich shop? $9 bucks for a sandwich, at that price we will just eat at home more. Love jersey mikes, but that’s the end. Good bye.
