Fantastic sandwich! Got the beef & cheddar w/lettuce, tomato, onions w/horseradish. Soooooo much better than Jersey Mike's! Got the giant - could eat half of it! It's really filling & delicious!

My first time having Jimmy John's and it did not disappoint 👏. My daughter bought me the chicken Ceasars wrap 😋 it was awesome.

I had the Roast Beef and Cheddar and it was really good. They forgot to turn on the TV’s and the oven, but I’m sure it’s a new store, so it’s tough to have new employees know how to do everything. The cashier was really nice too and was sorry about it. The sandwich was really, really good especially with oil and vinegar and jalapenos.

The only thing that was odd was ordering. I think I’m more used to ordering like how we order at Subway. I had to keep looking at the premade menu and free add-on menu to make sure that premade menu had the veggies I wanted, so I kept looking at the tv screen and down at the ‘free-add on’ menu. I think it’s just socal thing as I do remember it being like this in Norcal where they have Togo’s and Ike’s sandwich. Other than that, food was good. Welcome to Eastlake!

I’ve been wanting to try Jimmy John’s for the longest, so glad it’s near by! It did not disappoint. I tried their new toasted chicken sub, it was made perfectly. Definitely would be going back, employees were nice & patient!

Waited 20 min past when my order was scheduled. 5-7 people standing around doing nothing and then got home to the wrong sandwiches.

I tried out this place during my lunch break and got their HALF of original sandwich plus drink plus small chips. It was dang near $17 rounding up..!!
The sandwich itself didn’t taste bad it was very tiny.
Jersey Mike’s have more options and flavors in my opinion

I recently visited the new Jimmy John’s location at Otay Lakes, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The food, as always, was delicious, fresh, fast, and satisfying. The staff were friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a solid spot to grab a quick, tasty meal!
Will definitely go back for more.

So excited to finally have a Jimmy John's in our Eastlake community! They are not quite opened yet, but have done soft openings and it was a great experience! The place is a little small with a couple of places to sit, but all good! The cashier we had was very nice and patient. Everyone in there had a great attitude and everyone was so nice. The sandwiches are EXCELLENT! Nice and fresh. The bread is fantastic. So happy to have this nearby. Might be our favorite spot for sammiches! Thank you for a great experience 🩷
