I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. they usually give you apples and fries with a toy. I got home to realize they had only gave her a 6 piece nuggets with a toy inside. that's it. 2 items. A 6 piece nugget and a their happy meal toy was all I received. I had to drive back 15 minutes considering this is the closest mcdonalds to me. All I had asked for was extra fries instead of the apple slices. Instead they gave me no fries, no apple slices, just the nuggets and toy. really? how do you call that a "happy meal". How hard is it to mess up a happy meal? I drove back 15 minutes to get 2 little baby fries. At least compliment my gas expense...Never coming back.

Very poor service, cashier cancelled my mobile code, asked me for it again after it said code was used... clearly doesn't let me use again because McDonald's app only lets you use a mobile code every 15 minutes. Cashier was essentially extorting me to pay what was double the price of my order, i told them forget it and left. Wasted my lunch break, what a joke of an establishment.

I've been here several times, I have to say the supervisor are not team players. There can be several people in line to order and they see it and won't help. They wait till the person who's outside making delivers to rum back to take orders. Supervisor all they do is stand around and talk.

The french fries that I've ordered could've been warmer!! As for the ambiance, NEVER dined here, but it looks clean inside. This young man had CHARGED my credit card the FULL AMOUNT when I handed him my $20 prior to my credit card! Oh my goodness!! HATED waiting LONGER to have his sup or manager RE-DO the payment method!! Used a deal from my McDonald's app to help me save money!

My kids love McDonald's and we frequent this location often. The food is always fresh, great fast service, and seems to always be busy. The vibe is low key and what you expect from fast food places. This place is always clean, there is plenty of seating, and have a decent play place for the kids inside. There is a drive thru, inside dining only, a play place, plenty of parking, curbside pickup, delivery, and counter service. This location seems to always be busy, being it's in a shopping center, and located close to a high school. We utilize the phone application for placing orders, daily discounts/deals, and free rewards. We found doing this and adding a payment option saves a lot of time and having to pay in person. If you use the app, you earn points and are able to use the points for free items. The food is what you expect and always tastes the same no matter what McDonald's you eat at. The kids love the fries, chicken nuggets, and cheeseburgers. Occasionally we will splurge and get them a happy meal. It's open 24 hours and very convenient.

The food was raw and the drinks taste like tap water bad costumer service the girl at the register had an attitude the whole time the guy in the back was actually trying to fix the problem and he did but probably one of the worst McDonalds I've been too fix your costumer service and cook your meats right. They also assaulted us and threw bbq sauce at my boys as we were leaving

I went thru drive thru and ordered, paid and went to first window. they gave me my soda and said please pull up to 2nd window (Never going agree to that again) after 10 min a girl opened window and asked why are you still here I said I have not got my food. She said what did you order? I repeated order and she left and another 8 min went by and I caught girl walking food to a car outside and asked if she could send manager so i could get food or money back. She went inside and came to window asked what I ordered I gave her receipt and asked for my money back. She brought me my money a min later but no manager or apology? I called and spoke with manager Angel he said well we are training and you got your money back so? I emailed like sign on window said to do and never any response. Place sucks

Stopped in about 9:30 PM on a Saturday evening. We were the only group inside the restaurant. They were busy though with takeout. First time here. The best McDonald's that I've been to in San Diego. Clean, tastefully decorated. The food was good. The staff at the counter chatted with us, and were very personable and pleasant. Wish I had this MD in my downtown neighborhood.

I come very often to this place , always have problems with my orders, always missing something on my order always getting wrong order, I go to Mc Donald's because is convenient for me cause of time but for some reason I alway end up wasting time correcting my order and angry because I have to get up several times to ask for some missing items on my order, management are very unprofessional , they don't care for customers ,the can't hang with the pressure at rush time , they have attitude problems.

First time I ever got forgotten at a drive thru line at McDonald's. Went to the first window to pick up my food/drinks. Cool the drink guy even gave me an extra coke since the order taker messed up my order for a meal. Anyways told to pull to 2nd window for the rest of my order. Waited patiently since I had 2 quarter pounder meals, since they start cooking them fresh. Pretty soon I notice all of the cars behind me disappear with their orders and even the curbside parking orders get their orders. I must have been there like for 30 mins, I try not to complain because you never know what people can do to your food if you become a Karen and complain. Finally someone opens a window and takes my receipt. They begin doing my order. I get my order 10 mins later. Again I don't complain, I understand people can have a bad day but I figure I would at least get extra food or free coupons to use next time since they made us wait forever. They did this at the downtown McDonald's by city college. Guy never gives back my receipt so I can do a survey review of my experience. I will never go to this McDonalds again. I usually hit a McDonalds 2x a week. Lesson learned sorry for losing my business and avoid the drive thru.
