First and last time ordering from here. I ordered katsu curry, side of mac salad, and poke. The chicken katsu was rubbery, rice was dry, and the mac salad had a weird after taste. Definitely not worth the $$. There are better options out there if you want Hawaiian food.

They were very unorganized and there was only one woman doing all the work. Two men were just standing around behind the sushi bar chatting it up while she did everything. My order was wrong and took a long time to even come out.

I ordered the Loco Moco and the side of spam musubi. Both were so delicious and service was so friendly. The meal honestly helped with post Hawaii trip depression 😁 I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

The reason I gave it 3 stars. Is because we were told to take the table in the back. It seemed we were forgotten had to grab our own menus. The food alone was definitely way above 4 stars. I believe the little things matter. I am definitely going back for a second review .

Service sucked and food was terrible, please don’t serve the miso soup if it’s not hot, one lady w/dark black hair was rude no help from her. Customer service was bad. We are from Guam and we will definitely not return & will not recommend our friends & family to ever dine at your restaurant. Such an awful experience 🤬
We came here with family and asked for a table for seven. The waitress simply said “sorry we don’t have tables to accommodate” and offered no solutions. I asked if we could get on a waitlist and she had us write it down ourselves. We ended up waiting twenty six minutes while two large tables sat open and three other parties were seated before us.
Service was poor from the start. Our waiter kept forgetting drink orders and when drinks finally came the water was undrinkable. It was plain tap water with no option for filtered or bottled. The honey packets they brought out were dirty and the rims of the cups had visible grime.
The food was also disappointing. The beef kelaguen was cut into large tough pieces and needed more lemon. The miso soup arrived cold. The calamari was stale and hard to chew. The only good thing was the red rice which was well cooked.
The waiter was inattentive and unprofessional. At one point he told a family member “wow you are going to be full with all that food” when she was actually ordering for everyone which was an odd and offensive remark. They forgot the baby’s entrée and also our take out order. We had to get up multiple times to ask for help and remind the server of basic service needs. Not to mention we got home and two people in our party had sauce on their butts from sitting on unclean chairs.
Our entire family agrees that we will not be back and we are from Guam. 🇬🇺 Very disappointing.
