I’m giving this place a 4/5 stars. I like the fresh juice and smoothie options, the lunch special and the sandwiches are great too. The reason it got a 4/5 is because sometimes they are short staffed and the orders take a long time. I also wish that they had more sauce options for their sandwiches. They only have honey mustard and mayo as an option. Other than that I’m pleased with the food and service at Juice Adventure. Keep it up!

Delicious!!! Great menu. I had the mango bowl. They pack it with the toppings like honey, blueberries, bananas, and more.They offer smoothies, green juice, shots of wheatgrass.It is a small place but the fare is scrumptious.I will definitely be returning with my whole crew yar!!

Honestly one of the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had!!! They were out of bananas the day I went so substituted for more fruit. Even without the bananas, it was amazing

Small place but good food, great service, and the employees know their products. Mango bowl was refreshing.. The egg bite sandwich was amazing was only able to eat half since I was sharing will definitely eat and order food from Juice Adventure again. Restaurant was clean.

Place is super good but disappointed when they forgot all the extras I asked for which was a dollar each plus a tip I left not knowing they had forgotten my extras, $4 down the drain

I just left juice adventure as I do every day but tonight (4/29) I unfortunately had the pleasure of having my order taken by Alissa. Who based off of her surprising actions no longer wants to work there. I a regular customer placed my order by phone tonight at 7:35, I walked in picked up my order and walked out. I sat in my car and before pulling off I took a quick sip of my nana nut smoothie. I'm deathly allergic to milk so once I took a sip I knew the milk in my smoothie was diary. I ran out of my car and asked Allisa if the smoothie was made with whole milk or oats which she said whole. I informed her that I was allergic and asked for her to remake it with oats milk. She told me it was a few cents difference. I went to my car to retrieve my phone and came back to a charge for a whole new smoothie being displayed on the screen. I confused by what had taken place asked her, while giving her the benefit of the doubt...the next words out of her mouth not only pained me but has really kept me from returning or recommending this place to any one. Alissa said " I have to remake it & I'd like to go home...." I shocked expressed that I too would like to go home but with what I paid for... she insisted on awaiting for me to pay the full Amount for an additional smoothie. I expressed to her that I would pay the difference for the milk which was Pennies (& quite ridiculous of an ask for a mistake she made) but I all about keeping the peace was willing. Alissa refused to take responsibility and so I said I'd love to speak to her manager which she Rudely replied he wasn't there. If I wasn't a new mom, shocked, offended, and in utter disbelief I would have waited for her to call her manager or I would have called the cops. I've never felt so disrespected from a business I patron often. I've shared this story with many including my family who refuses to step foot in juice adventure. We live nearby and order from here regularly if we are unable to stop in. Since this horrible encounter I have taken the drive to Choice juicery on India street downtown (they have several locations btw) . The service is remarkable, the employees actually want to work there & the customer service is A1. My last words to Alissa was that as a business owner my customers are always right, and if I did make a mistake when placing my order which I didn't because I am allergic soo what. Keep the peace, apologize for the inconvenience & throw in an incentive. She expressed that she doesn't make mistakes at that point I just asked for a refund because the ignorance was beyond me. Thanks for treating this new black mom with the utmost respect Alissa. Ps: it took me soo long to write this review bc I truly couldn't stomach the thought of writing a negative review for a place I have loved since we moved here plus let's face it I'm extremely busy.
