Great food really good quality tasted wonderful. terrific service super attentive waiter. Great ambiance. Love this place. First time here. Will be back
The food was amazing, but they were extremely understaffed. It took 20 minutes just to order drinks, and the plates came out individually and far apart. But the food was so good, and the portion sizes were very generous. I will definitely give them another try and hope it was a one-time thing.
Service was VERY slow even when the restaurant wasn't busy. We got our cocktails after our meals, it took forever to get our check, and in general it took a long time for our server to come around.
The food came out fast and hot the server was attentive and we went on a Saturday at noon and it was not busy at all
Celebrated my Bday this past Saturday and like always Kalaveras did not dissapoint! the food, the drinks, the attention and of course the dj was on point! Whatever your occasion this is the place! Love Kalavera's
We had made a reservation, and ended up getting sat down 1hr later. Was our first time there. And didn't know that Sunday before 3 it's their buffet time. They told us we have 90 min for our table but most of that time we were wasting it by waiting in line to get the food. Music was way too loud. I think the only going this was their Aguas Frescas.
We had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes. They were too overwhelmed with the crowd.
My husband and I came to eat here and loved the food and service! The music and the environment was very pleasant. We will definitely be coming here again. 😊
We went to the Sunday brunch. The omelettes were great, cooked to order. Everything else, not so much. They have made to order chilaquilles. The sauce was cold and they weren't heated up enough. Tator tots were cold. The food was not labeled, so you really couldn't tell what things were except for the beans, rice and tamales from Northgate. Nothing was really warm temperature. The mimosas were mostly orange juice. I couldn't taste any champagne. We both left were very disappointed. We will not be returning for brunch.
Drinks and food was amazing. The staff was courteous and attentive. The variety of tequilas and mezcals will make you feel like a kid in a candy store. Def will be back!!

Great food but the bar is over priced. My virgin coladas was 20$ each. I had 4 and I was able to drink the who thing in 2 minutes. The glass was narrow and full of ice.
Nice, friendly service, food was awesome and was served quickly. Definitely a fun party-time atmosphere with loud music. We went on a Saturday.
The atmosphere was loud but seemed fun with the DJ and dancing. Very colorful restaurant, nicely designed. But it's definitely not a place to have conversations. Ny only complaint is that I ordered a $12 Kalavera margarita but asked for mezcal instead of blanco and was charged $35 without any notice. That was disappointing and unexpected.
Took a while to be greeted at the door but once seated, service was great. It was well suited for our large party. The food was great, drinks were good, food came out fast and it was an overall good time.
I've been here before so I was expecting the same quality of food. I was upset to get my food after waiting so long for it and it was pretty much cold.
