I was just there for dinner and got the 2-protein combo with two sides. I got the teriyaki beef and Kailua pork, with furikaki white steamed rice and pickled cucumber salad (namasu?). I was born and raised in Hawaii, and this was the best Hawaiian food I’ve had in forty years on the mainland. The teriyaki had the right amount of soy and sweet flavors. We happened to stumble upon this place after church services. The food is good, highly recommend. The atmosphere has a nice island vibe to it.

First time today. I tried Kalei’s Plate with garlic chicken and beef teriyaki. Mac salad is good, pickled cucumber is great, teriyaki is great and garlic chicken is great as well. Spam musubi must have. Overall is great.
